Guys do good quick work and they are very nice about. Called them Friday evening before they closed to try and wheels and tires mounted on mine and my buddies truck luckily only place that WILL deal with spacers they got it done quickly and a great price. 10/10 definitely will go back for wheel and tire needs!

Customer service is amazing. I love the honesty of the staff. I don’t see that a lot around here in Odessa. They’re not like most places out here that just want reach deep in your pockets. Highly recommend coming here.

I have been going to discount tire for YEARS and I decided to use this place for the time since it was down the street from my employment. I dropped off my vehicle during my lunch hour and I was greeted with wonderful customer service, which is rare here in Odessa. I expected to leave my vehicle there for the rest of my work day and pick up at a later time. I then received a phone call my vehicle was ready before my lunch break was over! I did not expect that and after having a bad day, they were the nicest people I interacted with. Thank you for all of your hard work! God Bless.

My mother came to you guys for help inflating a tire tward the end of your day on july 30th yall just left her your tire store is a joke leave an old woman abandoned in that part of time because you can't spare 5 minutes.

I paid $166 for balance and alignment and I took my car there twice to stop vibration on my steering wheel and pulling car the left but still they could not fix it. What they did is to fool me with lowering the tire pressure. Entitled owner claims that he knows about the job but I would not even take my bicycle to there to fix again.

I just viewed your comment. I'm not trying to be a bother or Daren, so I didn't ask for manager. Guy quotes that price and I payed the price. I'm just One when I need something done 👍. I just don't go back if I feel it's too much. Not trying to be rude and the guy that brought the hitch to us. He was very 👍 nice looks like he has lots of stuff to do. Looks like he is a dam good employee so just seeing this and how he was nice. Pays off not being a Daren . It's just my opinion on price. Sorry if you feel offended. Thank you

Excellent customer service. We had a blowout on our camping trailer while traveling. We called Odessa Tire they had the tire we needed, so we drove, and when we arrived the gentlemen at the front counter was very helpful and they got right to putting the new tire on our rim and then put the new tire back on our camping trailer. They put the spare in the back of our truck for us. Thank you all for quick friendly service.
