The crew at Danny’s body shop are top notch. They explained everything they were going to fix in detail and then went over and beyond. After they fixed the door panel, they even fixed a ding that wasn’t part of the claim for free. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all my family and friends. We live in an area where customer service has gone downhill, it’s refreshimg to see a business that runs with integrity and respects it’s customers.

I promise you save the headache and don’t come to this shop. The amount of times I reached out to them for updates on my vehicle could be 3x the amount of times they reached out to me. It’s really sad the customer service they offer. Steven was alright but always had excuses for why my vehicle wasn’t ready. And at the end when my vehicle was done they weren’t gonna release it to me due to my Insurance’s mistake of not sending them a check. (Which mind you they had a whole 2 months to let me know about this and did not let me know until the date of my vehicle finally being ready) they sent FOUR different supplements At FOUR different times to my insurance, then wanted to blame them for not accepting them right away. And as far as the office lady, someone needs to teach her professionalism because obviously she lacks that. Spoke to several of friends and they also recommend not coming to this shop due to the poor job they did on their vehicles and also the customer service.

This was in 2023 January I had a little fender bender on a Chrysler 300 and wanted a quote expecting no less than 1-3k for something so minor when I finally got a quote back after almost a month of waiting it was nearly 9k for something I could do myself I called and asked what the heck the pricing was. When I was asked if I could afford it because I sounded young. Who the hell ask stuff like this of anyone let alone a customer. When I asked for an itemized quote there was so much unnecessary add ons for a simple front grill replacement. My quote had side fender replacements and all type of other stuff needless to say I will never use these guys nor would I recommend any family friends or strangers

Horrible customer service. Automated and inaccurate text “updates”. I had to physically go up there twice to get an update on my car. Whoever answers the phone is rude and unprofessional, and never let me speak to the owner or manager. Any time I called it was always “ I don’t know I just answer the phone” or “ we’ll call you back” and never would. When I personally spoke to the owner he said “our preferred method of contact is email” which was never provided. I was also told multiple times “if you haven’t gotten a call or text there’s no update” but the text updates stated my vehicle was ready when it wasn’t and there were delays. They had my car for 5 months! Don’t recommend!!

My car was hit with the hail storm a couple months ago. I have used Danny's before when my son was in an accident and knew Danny's was the one for the job. I got text messages along the way. It only took a month for my car to be repaired back to perfect condition. It needed many parts replaced, headlamps, etc. and paint-less dent repair. I understand the way the business works, you have to order parts and wait for them. You have to deal with insurance companies and request supplementals. In our microwave, instant access culture many do not understand somethings just take time. To quote one of my favorite movies, "You want it good, or you want it fast?" Oscar. Danny's will get it done right and they warranty all their work too. I hope not to need them again, any time you have to have an auto body shop it's probably not a good day, but if I do it will be DANNY'S BODY SHOP. Thank you

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. My husbands truck was struck in front of our house at the beginning of this year, we searched around and the only place that had any availability to get the truck in for repairs was Dannys (which should have been a sign I guess) fast forward to now it has been nothing but issues. We were originally told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the $20,000 worth of damage to be fixed, what a joke. It’s been well over 5 months with very minimal communication, the girl that answers the phone says she will call back and never does, we were told for months that parts were back ordered to which we understood but it took calling over and over again to get so little information on when the truck would be ready. Now for this week, after calling and calling and what seemed like forever were told it would be ready on Friday June 14th the bed of the truck just needed to be painted and it was at the place to do so, Friday came and went with no word. Then we get told we can get it on Monday, Monday comes and after calling and calling they said it would be ready that day after hours, I dropped him off to get the truck and after inspection he notices the front passenger tire was not replaced and there is now several large dings in his drivers side door that were not there at the time of the accident, to which we were told we could bring it back later this week and all of those things would be fixed. So we drop it back off on Tuesday afternoon to which we were told it would be done and we could pick it back up on Wednesday. Again we call and call just to be told we would receive a call back and never do FINALLY after calling several times today (Friday June 21st) we were told it was ready, and AGAIN after inspecting the drivers side door was not finished as we were told it would be and that we could bring it back next Tuesday to be finished and picked up next Wednesday. To which we left the truck to be fixed, so here we are 6 almost 7 months after the accident and we still do not have to truck back. Now was there a lot of damage to the truck, yes. We’re parts probably on back order, yes. That does NOT excuse the lack of communication, lack of work done, and quality of work that has been done. The paint job on the bed of the truck is horrendous, as well as the bed liner and for the front door to be dinged up in the process and not fixed properly is insane. We will NEVER be using this body shop again and I suggest you don’t either.

I had hail damage repaired at this body shop and couldn’t be happier. The staff were professional, communicative, and made the whole process easy. Took 4 months to get my vehicle back. Customer service wasn’t the greatest. Could never talk to the person in charge, they would just say they would call me back and never got a call. Had to constantly be calling them to find out about my car. Add on: obviously doesn’t know which one was my car because I didn’t need no glass replacement :)

Had the car in here for hail damage repair, recommended shop by Statefarm. They had the car for over 3 months in total. The first time they said it was done, they left buffer burns down to bare metal on the hood and door. There was paint bubbles under the clearcoat and they left paint runs on the quarter panel. They forgot to install the roof moldings, missed a couple dents and broke the clips that hold the inside of the drivers door. We took the car back to them and they had it for 3 weeks and to be fair it looks great now (That's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1). The issue I have is that it took multiple trips, a very long time, and they tried to get away with the problems the first time. I would not recommend using Danny's body shop, but if you do, expect to be without your vehicle for months and make sure you look over the vehicle extremely well before you take it back from them, because they will do the bare minimum and try to pass it off as done. You will have to babysit them through the entire process. EDIT Since Danny's already replied, I will include things I was leaving out just to be nice. The communication was horrible and my wife felt they were rude to her which is why I had to get involved. The car never should have left your shop in that condition the first time, in my opinion, you thought my wife wouldn't notice the issues, there is no excuse for that. I got the car yesterday, end of october to end of january is 3 months.. poor workmanship and bad at math.

Definitely go somewhere else ask your insurance for someone else I don't even want my car after this guy worked on it so he took an extra 2 weeks diddnt adjust my headlights correctly and now I'm hearing a clicking noise and I don't need your argument bud you got what you deserved shotty work no customer service what so ever I don't understand why people with horrible customer service skills do customer service jobs yall stop going to this guy I feel like he turned my brand new car into a lemon and all he and to do was change the hood and front grill and couldn't do that in 5 weeks time ridiculous if you ask me you never called you never gave a real update you waited for me to call and ask after the deadline and I explained I don't have the money for the rental if you would be more professional at and better quoted time table like I said bad customer service as you can see by the comment all he wants to do is argue no resolution no I'm not giving you my car back who knows how long you will have it or how many times your gonna order the wrong part and keep my car for how ever long after quoted time table with enough complaints your business will fail BTW maybe hire someone who isn't 70 years old it's not my fault your not getting sympathy she is rude maybe answer your own calls ???

This body shop had my wifes vehicle for over 3 months in the shop, and did such a sloppy and rushed repair job on the car, when i first got the car back they never mounted the bumper/ door trim correctly, it had missing bolts, they never put the spare tire/ tools back, even all the tabs and screws were out, paints were never blended right. Even after taking in the car twice and leaving the car there for additional 2 weeks to get all the issues addressed, they still couldnt do a proper job. Photos are even after i got the car back the second time…. Disappointed with the work, they took so many shortcuts, the repair seems very rushed and not throughly looked at in the end, owner was nice but the work is unacceptable for a body shop being in business for many years and supposedly “reputable”.

My car had severe hail damage and needed someone who was exceptionally qualified to repair it . Danny’s body shop did an excellent job repairing my car. They updated me throughout the process and finished my car in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for all your car repair needs!
