Unlike the sales department that tried to sell me a $35k msrp car for $39k, after giving them my $10k car as trade in, the service department is simply amazing! Ordered my brakes with them and when I went to install them, they had ordered the wrong ones and my high performance N brakes and rotors would cost an extra $600. I was bummed at first, but seeing that I had no brakes to drive home 1.5hrs to Pecos, the service manager offered me a free loaner until my breaks arrived, and agreed to let me pay what they had quoted me for the cheaper brakes. Not only did he offer a painless solution, he took my safety into his first consideration as loaning me a car was the first thing he offered to get me home safe. Today I got my OEM brakes and rotors installed for half the price and the car feels as good as new! I am very thankful for folks like this who are willing to loose money to take responsibility for their mistakes, and also did a great job with my car. Thank you so much! Lithia Odessa Hyundai is now my go to choice for the best service to my Veloster N performance!

I purchased a car here and the salesperson was awesome, unfortunately I can't say the same about the service department. My car broke down and I had to have it towed and I was told they can't look at it until December because they have alot of tickets they need to get to first. What that tells me is the quality of these vehicles must not be to good if they have 100+ tickets open. I can't even get a loaner vehicle until they run a diagnostic on it but they can't even do that. I was told they would call me back within a week because they were going to try and do a diagnostic asap, going on a month and still no call back. Called them back and they said they would have service manager call me back and I am still waiting. Failed to mention, my vehicle is not even one year old and has 8,000 miles, can say it's still new and it already broke down!

It’s pretty sad when a 87 yr old tells the representative that she wants a small vehicle not too expensive because she’s on Social Security they give her an expensive vehicle with the higher payment and when she gets her contract they add Extras after they were told not too. That is where I’ve always bought my vehicles, but never angain and my family and friends are aware of it as well.

I feel high pressure sound I was brought in with a Marketplace add saying $1,500 down on this pickup I got there I drove the pickup love to pick up then they said oh I'm sorry you don't qualify for this one. But you do qualify for this Jeep Wrangler. I stated I need to pick up I have a horse I need to pull the trailer I need to call hey etc it was getting close to closing right before Christmas and he said wait this Jeep Wrangler is special it can haul 5,000 LB. So it would definitely haul a horse in the trailer. I said I just don't like Jeeps I know that they are unreliable they're not made of good quality metal the gears are made out of soft metal which makes them more likely to break down. The discussion went back and forth back and forth and I said let me think about it I'll get back with you he said well when you come back in the deal might not be there anymore which makes it a high pressure sale. In a panic State they told me your payments wouldn't even be due for 2 months there's no doubt you to make your payments this is the vehicle for you I know it is you look good in it etc etc finally I signed that as is contract. I kept taking back cuz it has a strange whistling noise it only occurs every so often everybody has said it's the lights it's the wind and the lights. Part of it yes I agree. But there is one sound that sounds mechanical it doesn't happen all the time and even when it happens you're traveling the same direction it starts off real soft and then all the sudden it gets extremely loud ear piercing and then it will gradually go back away but you're still traveling the same speed the same direction. So they're playing me for a fool the Jeep probably will not last me as long as the payments on the jeep. Therefore I would not recommend them.

Worst service department in West Texas! Wait times are ridiculous and the service personnel don't seem to really care about anything there. They should really try to be like their neighbors at the Chevy dealership. Although the office personnel are unpleasant to deal with, the technician that actually does the oil changes is always friendly and does an amazing job.

Horrible customer service when taking my car in for an extended warranty and diagnostic testing. Got there at 8:45 drop the car off heard back at 10 that they needed approval for stuff so I approved only 1 item because the other stuff didn't need to be done. We'll we went shopping cause we live over an hour and a half away got back to them at 12:30 and went to ask about the car and they said they were working on it but didn't know how much longer and they'd call me. Well went back in at 1:40 ish and said hey how much longer cause I have work tomorrow and need my veichle and they went to ask a tech and guess what THEY HADDENED EVEN STARTED ON MY VEICHLE!! So you mean to tell me I've been waiting hours thinking my cars been worked on and it hasn't and now I have to miss work the next morning. Went to pick it up next day thinking everything was fixed nope so we had to go back in and they said it was gonna be 500$ to fix a small part on it that they never told me about in the first place which they could've called me about to fix while they were doing the warranty issue, but NO. Then they didn't want to give us the managers number which took us 20 minutes too get. Not very happy at all I will never be returning to this dealer ever again and more then likely selling the car I have because of how rude and all over the place they are without giving straight answers.

Went, expecting to lease a dodge 1500 I found via carfax. These folks replied to my inquiries claiming they had the vehicle. Made the deal, but was told it was in the shop for repairs after knowing i was coming for it most of week. Said they'd have it to me the week following. Got pictures then and they informed that it still had hail damage after first bragging that all reported cosmetic damages were handled before they took it in. Another week later, they received it from a different lot, but it still needed repairs after claiming to have held this vehicle in their possession since March of '24.

I made an appointment for an oil change,inspection, and to have the check thr rear view molding that has come away from the windshield.. the appointment was not upheld and I was there for 3 hours waiting.. when complete nobody checked the molding and it is still disconnected. The work they did perform was fine. The scheduled appointment was a disaster and they did not check the one thing we asked for when we set the appointment.. I was not willing to wait another period of time for them to look at it again.

Did not argue and fight with me and refuse to do their job like my previous experience with the previous staff. They communicated throughout the day. This was probably my best visit I have had here since getting the car 3 years ago.

I have multiple issues; No courtesy shuttle. Every time I bring my car for service it costs an additional $40 in uber fares Dishonest pricing. I was charged more than the prices advertised and quoted. Poor communications. When I originally dropped my car off for a 60k mile service and to analyze why the check engine light was on. I dropped the car off at 8am. By 4pm I hadn’t heard a status of the car. I left a message. After not hearing back from anyone for 45 minutes I called again and was connected to someone in service. He let me know the service was finished but they were checking to see if they had the part to resolve the check engine light. He assured me that he would get right back to me so that if they needed to order the part I could come pick up the car. I didn’t hear back from him for an hour so I called again. Finally got ahold of someone at 5:45. He informed me that they did need to order the part. By then it was too late to pick up the car. Since Lithia Hyundai is the only game in town I guess customer service isn’t a top priority!
