Went to get an oil change and they got oil all over the engine. Next morning I was driving down the highway and the plate under the car fell down and started scraping on the ground. Had to have car towed and discovered I was leaking oil due to a missing washer. I was reimbursed for my expenses but definitely wouldn't recommend.

Need better logistics. Waited over an hour for an oil change while other vehicles that arrived later were serviced first. Friendly service but don’t come here if you value your time.

They took the longest time to get to me nearly 2 hrs just to do a simple inspection wow this is probably the last time I come here.

Will never go there again. All the workers gathered around my car to see under the hood, which I am ok with, and didn't seem like any work got done ..sat there for 5 minutes then it got turned on and revved. Later they pulled off the garage really getting on the gas outside they revved it a few more times. Never again will i go there . Edit: my feeling was correct on my vehicle not receiving the proper services. I went twice to avis for my oil change and today upon inspecting my catch can i found sludge. Decided to look into it further and oil became sludge because it didn't get changed both times. I had e-mailed avis to speak about my experience but no answer. Do not go there.

Today visit was odd, First they asked me if I only wanted the oil changed or did I want the tires and wipers blades checked as well. Yes . Then when checking out, the girl hands me the sticker and key then says you can put it on yourself, and does not escort me to my car. This is the first time ever this has happened and I have been going to this place for over 15 years. When I get to my car their is paper in the floor board they use to keep everything clean. so i had to take that back to them as well.

Went in at 4:55pm for inspection, they close at 6pm, lady talks to me for 15 minutes about wanting to go home on time and that I should try another location. Tip 1: if you're not taking any more cars for the day, just say it. How many cars could you have inspected in that literal 15 minutes. I don't need to know your life story on why you want to be home on time. Tip 2: consider a seperate line for inspections, they are fast, it would speed you up and shrink your lines.

Fast in and out to get vehicle inspections done. Since discovering them in 2021, I've started taking all the cars there for annual inspection because of accessibility and convenient hours. Best traffic approach: go up to 46th or even 52nd to go south on Grandview and make a right turn into lot. 2nd best is westbound on 42nd and right turn into Walgreen's then backtrack via connected parking lots. Do not let Google maps try and have you do a left from northbound Grandview, or eastbound 42nd. The traffic won't let you make that turn except maybe December 25th or between midnight and 6 am when everything is closed.

I just had my oil changed here on the 13th. When I got back in my fairly new GMC truck the screen was black. There were grease stains and finger prints inside of the truck, on the steering wheel, the radio, the seat, and the roof. Thankfully they came off, but when my husband spoke to the manager of the shop we were pretty much told too bad. The most shady part was, there were about 5 cars in front of me, so I was watching them and each time they were done with an oil changed they pulled their car right around, checked out, and got their keys. With my truck, I saw them pull it out of the shop, but it was at least 15 min before they pulled it around for me to checkout. A lady behind me left before I did and we had the same service done! We just moved here so I was using the GPS to get to the shop and using Bluetooth and my screen was working just fine when I got there. It's $800 to replace. Will not recommend.

Service was great! Got my oil changed, suv inspected, and filter changed for under $100!! They also vacuumed a little. Cleaned windows, aired tires, the whole 9!! Or 10 as they say:) customer service was friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes-ish!! Will return!!

Need to take "FAST" out of their name. I have never waited so long for a simple oil change. I stopped at a different Avis before this one with no line and they told me at least one and a half hour to two hour wait with no line... So I tried this one, no line here either, but I sat for over an hour just for the oil change. Edit..People were very friendly, and possibly short handed, but my vehicle was on the rack for over an hour.

Sat outside for about 10 minuets before anyone acknowledged that I was waiting. Only 2 cars in front of me and waited for over an hour before my truck was moved inside for the oil change. Once my truck was inside I waited another hour before they finished mine. I watched the kid wash my windows several times. I don’t think that he realized that it’s the same vehicle. This is beyond ridiculous for an oil change and I won’t come back. Management needs to fire the whole crew and start over. I used to come here all the time because they were fast but that’s gone.

Worst place ever. Waited an hour. Attempted to fail inspection due to my parking brake. When I called my husband in the waiting area, the staff went and got the technician, who went and got the mechanic, took me out to my car and he tried it and passed it. After that the staff had a bad attitude and were totally unprofessional. Told me well you’re gonna have to wait, it has to be changed in the system. All because I told them my parking brake worked fine. The only reason they get one star is because the man that was doing my oil change was very friendly and professional.

This place is absolutely awful. Will never bring anything back here. It took an hour to change the oil in my truck. I noticed a comment on here about its reasonable to be under two hour wait. Why are you trying to make it sound like it takes an hour to change oil. My nine year old can change the oil faster. Your guys are slow and unprofessional. Don't make excuse set expectation and hold them to them Overall this is poor managment. Poor service and poor business.

Every time I stop by the staff is always friendly and the guys remember me without a doubt. Today brought in a new vehicle and they asked what happened to my old one if everything was ok and just making sure I’m good. You don’t get that anymore these days. Left my company truck for oil change,Def fluid, blades and much more. Only to get in my truck 2 hrs later with no Def fluid in my truck.i still had to add def when I got home. smh I asked a young lady about it and said they thought they filled it. They didnt check it or anything. I did show her a pic I took of dash light say low def. as I was walking out of bay, I heard her saying" oh that was wierd he must be having a bad day." no bad day That's not weird. Also cashing out person did not know what he was doing.. giving me keys that were not mine. This will be the last time I take my entire fleet off cars here..

Got my oil changed this evening made it home and oil is dripping out from my skid plate. Not sure if they didn't remove the plate and just let oil run all over the place or a lose oil filter I'm going to assume they didn't take the skid plate off which is pure laziness when everywhere else never had an issue.

Staff is rude and try to over charge for services not requested. Services showed vacuumed and windows cleaned, which were not done. Also waited over an hour, while they serviced customers that showed up after me and left before me. Bad business ethics for a "fast oil change centers"... Think they call that false advertisement in legal terms.
