Dropped off my daughters car, the tires were supposedly in stock. Received a call 5 hours later stating that they only had 2. Wasted all day, my daughter was leaving town the next day.

Not much good to say for this place. Two and a half years ago, I got a new tire on my minivan. They had no idea how to put the spare back in my van (YouTube showed me how to do it in 3 minutes and was incredibly easy). They took 2 hours 1/2 hours to do one tire, and it was a simple change. I was also the ONLY customer. Now, after putting MAYBE 20k miles on that tire, it was in AWFUL shape, nearly bald and had to be replaced again. I literally haven’t replaced a single other tire between then and now and two were still in great shape, one meh and it was probably just time to replace. It was also very expensive for one tire, nearly $300. Save your money, get quality service at more local shops like Forrest Tire, who replaced my two tires and rotated the others yesterday in just 30 minutes.

My company recommended this place which I have been before just for a preventative maintenance check . This time I took my truck for the same service and was there for 3 days and never even got looked at. No one person called me to inform me. I had to call everyday to check the status and they told me everytime it was next in line. Ridiculous!! Im just picking it back up and go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience at Firestone, and I feel obligated to share it. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The person who checked me in told me I’d have to come back another day simply because I was using a fleet account—and it was just five minutes past 5 PM. He said the system would automatically deny the order, which made no sense. When I insisted on moving forward, it became clear he had no idea how to input the request. Eventually, his manager showed him how to do it, but instead of updating me, he disappeared. I waited 90 minutes before going to the counter myself, only to be told they didn’t have the battery and were waiting on it. Then it got worse—they checked again and realized no one had even gone to get the battery yet. Turns out, they needed to go to AutoZone to pick it up. This experience reflected a serious lack of communication, organization, and accountability. Unfortunately, it left me questioning Firestone’s overall reliability and commitment to customer service.

2 weeks ago I took my car to have a screw removed from one of the tiresz I waited almost 2 hours for the work, after 4 days the same tire showed air leakage, I took the van for inspection and they told me that I had nothing that was because of the weather.. they put air on the tire again today the tire dawned with low level. My wife arrived in the van and they said yes. that the work was done badly. And that it cannot be fixed due to safety issues and we were told that it was not possible to fix it because of safety and we did not have anything. They wanted to sell a tire. Why should I pay for a tire that they ruined? Why could they not attend to me correctly the first time I went? Very bad customer service and 0 policies to protect customers . I definitely do not recommend this branch and I will not return as a customer.

Staff is clueless. I had bought a new battery in January and a couple of days ago my alternator went out and ruined it. So I went to the nearest Firestone to get a new one because it was under warranty, and unfortunately it was this store. The staff member charged my card for over $300. When I called to let them know they took advantage of a friend doing me a favor picking up the new battery I spoke to Elias, that's where the lies, the avoiding responsibility, and the nightmare began. This manager never did one thing he promised, he is the absolute worst person to be in charge to uphold Firestones good reputation. He never would call me back when he said, he acted like I was a bother, and downplayed what his lack of leadership and his staffs incompetence made my life turn upside down. Elias blamed the manager in Lubbock of not handling the issue when it was Elias being a weasel and not keeping his word. I want him fired. His actions or lack thereof has caused me to lose clients, money, and faith in Firestone.
