Just ain't gonna use them anymore.when I arrived nothing was leaking. No lights on. They did my wheeling bearing and now it's leaking with lights on. Of course, they didn't do anything wrong.... I know the trucks got some miles on it. But the facts are. It wasn't leaking. There wasn't any lights on. When they removed the bearing they most likely damaged my backing plate. Then offered to charge me for a new one and to put it on. I get thats its an old truck. But the facts are facts. It shouldn't leave worse off. Nor should I have to pay for their mistakes.

These guys took care of my problem the same day I dropped my car off. They were reasonably priced and super nice. I asked the manager when he could work on my car and he said bring it in Monday morning, my car was ready for pick up before 5PM the same day. This is my third time taking my 2019 Ford F-150 to Premier for repair. They have been extremely helpful and very profesional. I received a prompt diagnosis of the problem, the estimated cost and the time frame to repair it. In all three experiences they were right on target, except I had my truck back sooner then they estimated. I will reccomend their service to everyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle. The repairs I had them do was a rear end replacement, a new engine installed when the phasers went out at 225,000 miles, and a new alternator replaced I thank them for their service

Premier is by far the best shop in Odessa. I’ve taken both of my vehicles to this shop and have had the best mechanic experience there. Great customer service, they call and give you updates on your vehicle frequently. They get to the source of the issue and fix your vehicle in a very timely manner along with fair mechanical pricing. Highly recommend!

The best auto service experience I have ever had, bar none! I was on a trip and noticed a pronounced shimmy when using the brakes at high speed. They got me right in. Kyle went on a test drive with me and diagnosed the problem. He got right on it and fixed the problem that afternoon, when the dealers were 3 to 5 days out just to look at it. The repairs were excellent and were fairly priced, and the service was great. Wish I had a Premier Car Care in my hometown. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

So I had taken my car to the Toyota dealership to have the air conditioner fixed because sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. They sent me a list of things that they said needed to be fixed. They were just trying to scam me out of more money. They also told me they would have to keep my car in the shop and that they didn’t know when I would get it back because they are understaffed. I couldn’t leave the car there because I don’t have an extra car to get around in. I eventually had to take it somewhere else because it’s getting too hot to drive around without AC. So I took it to Premier and I was so amazed because I only had to leave it for one night, and they didn’t try to scam me by giving me a list of things that they thought I should repair, and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to have it repaired. I got a call from a guy named Travis. He called to inform me my car was ready and then even asked me if someone else had looked at the AC. Turns out that someone at Toyota purposely did not put the part back on my Toyota that needed repair! Seems to me they thought it might get me to return to the dealership to spend an arm and a leg. Anyway I assume it was Travis that worked on my car. My air conditioner has been working so good. I’m a happy camper. I highly recommend Travis to work on it if you are able to request him. These folks were incredible to work with. I was traveling across the country and began to recognize issues with my '96 Chevy S10. Several garages were too busy or didn't handle older vehicles, but not Premier Car Care Center on East 42nd! No joke, I was sweating that my truck may not get through the next 5 miles to reach their shop. I did. They quickly identified that my alternator was shot and they sent a gopher to grab it, because the local part dealer would take too long to deliver! They had me in and out within 2 hours!! For the service and peace of mind, these folks were worth every penny. I know I had an excellent experience and I hope that you have the same.

We had a technician break down (serpentine belt) as he was leaving Odessa to drive back home to Lubbock at 3PM. Called Premier and they said they'd do their best to get him back on the road. True their word, they had him back on the road home by 5PM. Gotta appreciate good ol West Texas folks, and their willingness to help out when you find yourself in a bind. :-)

Amazing service. I have a 2016 jeep wrangler jk and I work 7/12s so it’s hard for me to do the work my self. From the first phone call to taking my jeep to get a new engine wiring harness and a few more mopar items installed. The led mechanic is great in updating and actually keeping you in the loop. So far I would recommend to any one. Thank y’all
