Truck was sent by local dealership for a spot that needed buffed and rear bumper painted. This body shop apparently damaged my F250 Lariat trim and replaced it with XL that they repaired and stuck on. Truck was taken back and then damage was done to fender and door. Worst experience I have ever seen from a body shop.

I wanted to put a warning out for caliber collision on Field Street . These people have done nothing but caused me problems. I’ve had my car going back-and-forth there since October. I’m beyond fed up. I feel completely screwed because these people they don’t know what they’re doing. They are at the gaslighting point now…… eww. After months of just being told it’s old and high milage (it’s not) they FINALLY found a cracked part. Shame on these people telling me I just have an old car like some crazy lady. The amount g taking my car back and forth, and the amount of money I’ve spent on rides to work and figuring out how to get around all through the holidays all that stress cause they choose to suck. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Typical clowns gaslighting women about cars behavior. I have been way to patient and understanding for MONTHS

Body and paint work looks like a good job. Rita, the person handling my account is a great rep. The only problem was the reassembly of the truck bed repaired. It was missing bolts some bolts, fuel nozzle wasn’t connected back to fuel door and spare tire was missing.

We had to take our car here (because of insurance) after someone backed into us in a parking lot. They were not supposed to do anything at all to our car until insurance approved it. I talked to the guy on a Tuesday and Thursday and both days he told me they were still waiting on approval from insurance. Friday morning I got an email that the insurance totaled our car out so Caliber shouldn’t have done ANYTHING to our car. We went to pick up the car (owner retained it) and I had to pay $260 because of them taking something apart and having to put it back together, when they shouldn’t have touched it in the first place! And to make it worse, as soon as we got home, we noticed they had cracked our back taillight! I have pictures of prove it wasn’t broke before we dropped it off with them! They should really refund my $260 and pay for us to get a taillight assembly kit!
