Auto Glass now for my first time ever having to replace my windshield they gave me the lowest quote , they kept up with me the whole time they called me the day before and the day of . It was the BEST Service I've received in a long time . Our tech guy was awesome as well he's was very detailed orientated , nice and professional too sorry I didn't get his name . He also called me when he left the previous job to let me know the exact time he would be to fix my window . Overall best experience for my first time having to replace my windshield .

I had my 2021 F450 windshield replaced 6/10/25 in Odessa Tx and my headliner was cut and the paint on the outside of my truck was scratched all the way around my windshield frame where a knife or sum other kind of tool was drug around it. The inside grab handles on both sides were cut with razor knife and I had broken glass all over he dash. The windshield leaks and has ruined the car play unit in my console. Adrian the store gm said he'd have it all repaired but has ghosted me. Do not use this glass shop. I have pics and texts with Adrian to prove all of this. Message me and I'll share them.

Gave a two because I chose this place because of the name . Meaning fast service . That was not the case . Travelled from midland twice . Two days . Because the windshield wasn’t there . Very inconvenient. Then when it was placed on some things weren’t finished . So now I have to schedule another day and travel to Odessa so they can fix it . The front desk guy was very courteous. Very polite .

Okay, first let me say that I am at fault for looking for a cheap deal. I definitely got what I paid for. I will also say that the individuals I worked with were courteous, and bear very little of the blame. I was quoted a high price for the repair job from other competitors in my ZIP code, and I decided I would be willing to drive 2ish hours to a neighboring city if the price was right. That's how I got matched with Auto Glass Now. They told me they could replace my windshield and do the ADAS recalibration. I booked an appointment in Lubbock 3 weeks in advance. They rescheduled my appointment, then took 1.5 hours longer than promised. The guys replaced the windshield but left an important calibration piece in Amarillo. They were apologetic, scheduled me a follow up appointment in Odessa, and knocked $75 off the price. I got to Odessa and they knew nothing other than my appointment time. They even asked me what they were supposed to charge me. Ha! Turns out Auto Glass Now can NOT do ADAS recalibration for certain makes and models. Evidently the technology is proprietary for certain makes and models. This came as a surprise to the guy doing the job and also to me. Shouldn't a nationwide company know which cars they can fix? When trying to do the recalibration, they disabled my cruise control which was working prior to bringing it in. They even told me it worked before I drove away. I decided not to fight it because I'm going to have to go to the dealer anyway. Now I will end up paying dealer prices for something offered to me for much less from AGN, and only after spending 10 hours to "save some cash." What would I have done differently? I guess I should've done more research to see if what AGN told me was representative of the truth. I’m not angry, just disappointed, and I hope my story saves someone else the same frustration.

Wonderful customer service! We walked right in and they were able to get use in right away and they fixed the chip in no time! Hopefully we won't need them again but will come back if we need to. Very reasonably priced too.

Went in for appointment on my first attempt, no one was there, spots were locked and no one showed until 8:37am when they were supposed to open at 8am. Finally was able to check in to be told that my windshield arrived damaged and they should have a new one in the next day! No phone call, no text informing me of the information. Instead I did get 2 texts confirming my appointment. When I spoke with the manager he said they attempted to call me but two of the numbers were mixed up in the number he gave me, yet I was able to get texts so the number they “called” never happened and I drove from Midland to knock this out before work. The manager said the new windshield would arrive that same day and I could schedule another appointment for the next day. I did that. Later that afternoon I called to verify that the new windshield was in and was told it was there and then I confirmed my appointment and said I will see you tomorrow. Woke up, drove in from Midland again for the same manager to tell me the windshield was NOT in yet but if I could wait 3 hours it should come in and they could knock it out quickly! What?! Finally I said you have to come to Midland to meet me and you can send someone to install my windshield at my work. The manager said no problem and we set up a date and time for the next week. No call no text and that was 2 weeks ago. Waste of my time. The manager there should be fired or demoted. The first day I walked in when he was late by almost 40 minutes and he was openly downloading Bumble to his phone bc his phone was just lying there! The second day he was wearing long gym shirts and an oversized shirt. I rarely leave reviews but only for special occasions. Congratulations, this is so poorly ran that you earned my review!

Great work at reasonable prices. Gave them a call after saflite quoted me over 1000 dollars to replace my windshield. They did the same job for almost half the price and got it done faster. Don't get scammed by safelite, use these guys!

This issue is still in progress. The person at the front desk was courteous, but the person doing the job was either negligent or incompetent, or both. Sloppy job, wrong glass, damage in several places inside the car. I will give them one chance to make things right.

Called the Safelite number to schedule a calibration of my windshield. They followed up and were terrific. Even got a text to make sure I’d arrive at 8:00AM. Got here at 7:45 and the building looked abandoned. Waited till after 8:00 to call customer service. They said that they were stuck in traffic and would arrive in 10 minutes. Forty one minutes later someone finally showed up with excuse after excuse. It seemed like lie after lie. If it wouldn’t have been such a hassle to go somewhere else and start the process over I’d have left. I do not recommend them.

During the freak snow/sleet day we had my rear windshield shattered. I scheduled an appointment and they replaced my rear windshield in about an hour! Had drinks available while I waited.They had a discount promotion and took Zip pay which was super helpful. They did a great job, even cleaned all the shattered pieces out of my backseat! No leaks and holding up great, will definitely recommend to others!

Called Auto Glass Now for a quote and made an appointment to replace the rear windshield of my SUV the very next day. Very quick in response and professional gentleman who helped on the phone. They called next day said they could do a mobile appointment and come to me. I agreed the guy showed up almost 4 hours late. No problem I understand things happen. He finished the job I went to look at it and he left a large amount of glass on my driveway said he couldn’t get to it. After further inspection he also left the trunk of my car full of glass and the trunk door when opening and closing makes rattling noises where he broke the glass and they fell into the trunk door I have no idea how to fix this now I believe he didn’t pick up any of the glass at all. I understand if it were a few pieces but this was not that. Not a professional job done. I have had a windshield replaced before and there has never been a single glass left behind much less left stuck inside my car in a place I can’t reach. I wish I had photos of my driveway but I had to clean up quickly as my kids got home from school and were out there playing.
