I had fuel leak on the engine, I could see the area where it was but no idea exactly where it was coming from. I called Peterbilt, Kenworth, & Cummins in Odessa & all said it would be at least a week if not more before they could even look at it. I called Ryan's Road Service & they said they would meet me shortly. Luke showed up & we figured it out, a crack in the Fuel Pump Head. He called went got the part & had me rolling within an hour of showing up. A pleasure to deal with & didn't act as if the driver had no clue when I told him where I thought it was coming from. Thank you so much Luke!!! I will most definitely call again if I need & recommend you to others.

I hit a pig late Saturday night heading down I10 close to Iraan and Sheffield. In other words, I was in the middle of nowhere with a cracked radiator and no way to get anywhere. I called Sunday morning and we agreed that they would look to see if they could get me a radiator and that they would come from Odessa and replace my radiator roadside. “Really?” I says. “Really” they says. I’m in a Volvo 780 truck. The last time I killed a radiator (not this truck) I sat in Denver a week. Monday rolls around and they find me a radiator for $1500, then get me a better deal on the same radiator for between $500-$600 less. Boosh. Then they actually come 90 miles and replace my radiator roadside. See above previous experience with a blown radiator. 12 hours after they arrive I’m moving again. The guys were extremely professional and were willing to do whatever it took to get me up and running again. The ONLY issue I had was there was a HUGE difference between the price I was quoted and the price I paid. I was quoted $2038.88 plus tax. I was under the impression that was all inclusive - parts, labor, mileage, everything. I paid $3529.64. Now - don’t get me wrong - I’m not accusing anyone of chicanery or highway robbery. The last time I replaced a radiator it cost me over $4,000 and - again - I sat a week waiting for it to get done. In a shop. These guys were onsite 12 hours, and for the quality of service these boys deserve to get paid what they’re worth. I was just surprised at the difference between the quote and the final bill. I wouldn’t have been surprised nor shocked if I’d been told over the phone to expect to pay $3500 and I’d have paid it no question. Radiators normally get replaced in shops. Not roadside. Still. It would have been nice to know what to actually expect to pay. I’ll use these guys again if I break down in the area and need a rescue.

Ryan came out late last night replaced a compressor for me and got my ac working in a few hours at about 130 in the morning my alternator fried up he came back out with no hesitation and worked hard on it all night till 10 am or so. He is an amazing mechanic and is out here to really help you not just take your money amazing service and amazing prices will be calling him again if I have any other issues

I would of given NO stars if I was able to and still post this review! I will NEVER use this company to fix another one of ours truck. We just threw money down the toilet and still am left with a truck having same problems it started with. The day after Ryan's Road Service came to fix our truck it had same problems I called to see if they could come attempt to fix it again the gentleman told me he had paperwork then would get to it after lunch, after lunch I called to verify he said he was finishing up another truck. Later that afternoon still no help and no answer we called numerous times till now i can not get no answer very unprofessional and complete waste of money.

Do not use, you will regret it! They charged me almost $4000 to replace a differential seal they didn’t even install it correctly, it kept on leaking and had to get it fixed somewhere down the road

If there was more Star I would have given it to him My truck was broke down in Odessa and Called at least 10 Shops before I called Ryan’s and they all told me they can’t get to me the same day I called Ryan’s it didn’t took him 2 minutes to find out what the problem was he went to freighliner bought the part and He got me back on the Road In less than three Hours Which is a Miracle in Odessa & Midland area. Very Honest Guy . If He doesn’t answer He must be busy With Other Customers But He will Call You back. I wouldn’t Call anyone else before I hear from him 👍

Ryan went above and beyond. Definitely very honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced guys. We had a bad sensor and truck wouldn't start. Ryan was able to diagnose the problem. Looked for parts until 10pm at night. Came back next day on Saturday and got the truck running. Thank you buddy.

This company has dishonest practices. Don't trust them I called the company at about 1:45 in the afternoon I was told there was a tech available and they're going to send them out to my driver. I figured since they were 70 plus miles away that it would take approximately 2 hours for them to get to my driver. I waited 2 1/2 hours and then called back and asked where their service tech was. I was told they couldn't get a hold of their service tech because he's on the way to my driver and had bad cell service. so I waited another hour and then called back. after about five hours of going back and forth in phone calls I decided to call another company to go out and help my driver. while the other company left right away and was very honest about their ETA, Ryan's road repair was dishonest and cost me about five hours of time if Ryan's road repair would have told me that they had an ETA of 5 plus hours I would have found somebody else and sent them out there. Ryan's road repair was dishonest because they tried to hold onto the business but didn't have enough techs or time to support what they're trying to hold onto. it's very bad business practices and could be very dangerous for anybody on the road. especially in a desert area. the thing that really angered me the most was when the driver called at 8 o'clock at night when other service company was 15 mile away from my driver. I asked him why it's taking him so long to get to my driver and he told me he's been very busy all day and then asked me if he should go out there and it would take him 1hout and 45 min to get there. no calls to me or my stranded driver? a business that you cannot trust is a business that I can't get business to. please fix your dishonest practices. why can't company's be honest and do exactly what they say they're going to do.

While they seemed promising, an extreme lack of communication and preparation on their part led to us waiting over 3 and a half hours broken down until we caved and called another company. It’s frustrating the level of communication they had was literally 0, considering they were working on other vehicles in the SAME LOT we were told to meet them at, and they never mentioned anything or even bothered to walk over and look at our trailer. With all that said, I cannot recommend anyone use this business UNLESS the owners/operators take a serious look at how they run and change things.

Absolutely the best service at a very reasonable price. He was the only tech that would take the Good Sam request that required a 2 hour travel to our broken down RV. He immediately diagnosed the problem, traveled another 2 hours to the parts warehouse to personally find and order the part since the parts computer system was down! He then coordinated an overnight shipment and waited for the overnight shipment that arrived After the parts house had closed. He then made the return trip to our RV, completed the repair and we were on our way. All this on a Friday / Saturday - without Ryan's service we would have been stranded until at least Monday, probably Tuesday. SUPERB!

Said all the right things and seemed like everything was gonna be pretty good. Job stretched out far longer than expected. There was minimal communication other than when I called to get update on where he was on job and parts. Completed job so I thought he end up putting a jumper where the relay belonged to for the AC. Ended up having to take it to another mechanic to complete work. Decided to give another opportunity since I was unable to get anyone else. Called and asked specifically if he had someone available. He said he did and asked if I had pictures. I was under the impression he was sending someone once I hung up with him. Two hours went by I called. He then told me he was waiting on pictures. He never reached out in a timely manner letting me that he did not receive the photos. He asked me to resubmit the pictures and stated that he would send someone my way. He called me back told me his mechanic was already at lunch but as soon as he was done, he would send them my way. Another two hours go by. I try to reach him by phone and text no response until I finally told him to cancel. Will no longer be using his services.

Last time I ever going to use their service. I had issue with the fuel system. They looked and worked on completely different thing never fixed The issue and charge me almost 2 grand for maybe 8hrs of labor and drive time. My truck started experiencing the same issue Couple days later I reached out, called several times left messages and Ryan completely ghosted me. So if you don’t want get burnt and ghosted stay away

Ryan's road services are professional and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I took my truck to several shops, and no one could fix the problem. Truthfully, no one knew how to fix it. Mr Ryan took one look at it and knew the exact problem. He didn't try to gouge me like the other shops, and he fixed all my issues in an hour and some change! As an owner Operator, I would highly recommend this company to anyone owner or company driver!!! Thanks for your Honesty, service, and professionalism that displays true excellence!!! I cannot say enough how grateful I am for this man. We started our family Road trip yesterday and got 5 hours down the road when our truck’s front wheel bearings broke. We were literally in the middle of nowhere on I-10 just after 5pm on a Friday. The nearest gas station was 21 miles away and the next closest town was 1.5 hrs away. I began calling every mobile mechanic I could find on google. No one would answer or return my calls. Then I called Ryan and he picked up immediately. Without hesitation he gave us an estimate to drive 1.5 hrs to us and began sourcing the parts. Once he got here, he realized there were more problems than he expected and he needed more parts. This sweet man slept overnight in his truck and got up at the crack of dawn to drive 1.5 hrs to source more parts. Found out the part we needed was discontinued so we had to find a junk yard that had our truck. Luckily we found one and Ryan went to pull the part. On his way back to us, the highway got shut down because of an accident and he sat in traffic for HOURS without even complaining once. He finally made it to us just before dark (we are now on day 2!) and he worked swiftly and joyfully to repair our truck. He was so kind that he even offered to bring us food or drinks for us and our children and brought us gas so we could run our generator on our camper while we waited. This man was an angel sent to save us in a very scary situation. There are good people in the world, and we are so blessed to have met this one. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you, Ryan, for everything, we will forever be grateful for your help! May God bless you as you have blessed us!
