I called several different auto glass repair companies in the area the night before. Out of the 5 I called optic-Klee where the only ones that called back and gave me a quote. Tech came out on their day off to help repair my glass chip to help prevent it from spreading with the upcoming cold weather. Something a bigger company would not have done for me. The technician did an awesome job and charged a reasonable amount! I definitely recommend them!!!

A few days ago, I was driving on the service road of I-20 and a rock was flung into my windshield causing a chip in my glass. I checked around a few places and requested a few quotes. It took a while to get some responses. Plus, I was completely turned off by the negative reviews from the places in this area. I saw Optic-Kleer had fantastic reviews. I reached out and Jason contacted me. He told me he could be at my work in an hour to fix my chip. He showed up earlier and got right to work. Jason is amazing. He's funny, sweet, dedicated and very knowledgeable. He is simply amazing. It's hard to find customer service like that in this area! Jason, thank you again for helping me. I got a rock chip off of Loop 250 on my sports car and usually this would be a great start to ruining my day but Jason took my call and within 30 minutes was able to meet me and repair it. He was prompt, careful with the car's paint, and very knowledgeable. He demonstrates so much commitment and pride to his craft and business and I genuinely appreciate the work he did. I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2025 Kia Telluride by Jason with Optic-Klee/Midland-Odessa. He arrived on the dot with all his equipment and a friendly smile. All the work was done at our home then a test finalized the work at his shop. He had the software it needed to calibrate all it required. It’s perfect! They’re very professional & done a great job!!
