Chris is the best mechanic I've come across in Buffalo. He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. He performs routine maintenance on my Porsche and also diagnoses and repairs any issues that come up; most recently a coolant leak and engine misfire. Highly recommend to all Porsche owners in Buffalo!

Chris and his team are very professional and care about their customers experience! I've taken my car here twice and both times they called me periodically with the progress of my vehicle and when they expected my car to be finished (faster than I expected as well). Overall an excellent mechanic shop with a focus on customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Took my car there to get the water pump replaced, they took it upon their self’s to do a oil change and messed with my headlights (I didn’t approve) to replace a blinker bulb that wasn’t even messed up, got the car back and shipped to me (9 hours away) so I can’t take it back to them to fix what they did.. took it to local shops where I am and turns out the BC tech somehow messed up my headlight bulb causing it to short out, ruined a $280 set of led bulbs.. long story short, they fixed the water pump and left me paying a shop to fix my headlight/blinker and buying new LED bulbs, cost me $300.. wouldn’t take my car back to them unfortunately

Update on original review. The owner Chris doesn't deny any claims I have made. You can read from his response he likes to take personal shots at loyal customers who gave him thousands in business! He then tries to discredit me to cover himself for damage control. Customers deserve to know you are not capable of handling engine work so don't take it personally Chris. I still own my classic Trans Am to this day and take it to car shows so the time when it occurred is irrelevant. I believe he had my previous honest review deleted. BC cost me in repairs that I took to other shops $2,700 for a transmission rebuild, $1,200 for a repaint of the damage I got on my hood at his shop, and $150 for the engine to be re-timed because he didn't do that correctly either. These are MASSIVE expenses that no one would ever forget. BC Auto took advantage of a young 18 year old who didn't know any better. Don't let Chris fool you he performed plenty of work on this vehicle himself, I have his signatures on the paperwork. He's a backyard hack mechanic that can barely handle oil changes. Chris as you can read is a giant man child who can't handle criticism. God bless and I hope you grow up. I pray for the next customer who has engine work done by you. Review - ZERO Stars. I took my car to Chris many years ago. The mechanics at BC Auto did a butcher job with installing my engine on my beautiful classic car. After driving my car with a $3,000 engine I thought there were issues but I'm no "expert" like Chis claims to be. I still had repairs done after the engine by Chris because again he claimed the work was done correctly even when I raised concerns. The final straw was when my car got a 60 inch key in the hood at his shop. I stopped subjecting my car to BC. Not long after the transmission failed so I took it to a very large notable transmission shop. They told me whoever installed the engine never adjusted the transmission properly and it led to failure. The transmission shop owner just walked away shaking his head in amazement that BC let this car out its shop in the condition it was in. I implore everyone reading this not to go here.

I've went to Chris many times to get my car fixed and I can confidently say he is the best Buffalo has to offer. Everyone wants a mechanic they know and can trust and BC is it. I've been working with Chris at BC auto for well over a decade. Honest, efficient, and the pricing is fair (not cheap, but not at the high end either). Going to BC gives me real piece of mind... often times Chris will tell me there's something I DON'T need to fix, or share an alternate way of dealing with an expensive repair. Incredible. Unfortunately I've recently moved, and they're now a much longer distance from me now, so I use them only on occasion.

I had a fantastic experience with Chris and his team. I brought in my car with a complicated engine issue that I imagine would have stumped a lot of other mechanics. It required some serious work, but they handled it with professionalism, skill, and care. Chris kept me updated throughout the process, explaining things clearly and being completely honest about what was going on. That level of transparency made a HUGE difference. There was a point where I wasn’t sure the car could be saved, but Chris stuck with it and said, “I’m gonna make it right.” And he did. I've had my car back back for several weeks now, and wow, it feels like new. I’m so thankful for all the effort they put in, him and his team truly went above and beyond. They have become my new, trusted mechanic, I could rave about them all day. 10/10 recommend.
