We were dragging our skid plate after hitting some big rig tire tread on I-10. We went to four places and called three others—none of them could help. We were about ready to chew it off ourselves when the lovely people at Beaumont Front End and Frame said they could help us. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

I tried to have my car looked at twice at this place. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful. She turned me away twice without offering to even look at my car!! She insisted that I didn't need an alignment. I wouldn't give my business to a place that snubbs you right out of the gate.

Beaumont Frame and Front End is a very efficient and professional business. The staff is knowledgeable and the general manager, Mark Janecka, is honest and friendly. I'll continue to bring my vehicle to them for any front end needs.

If I could I'd give this business 10 stars! Brought my jeep to get an estimate for some damage from an accident. Next thing I know it's on a machine getting work done ! I was thinking by looking on internet for pricing that it was going to be around 500-1000 $ to fix ! Mechanic finished in about an hour and explained everything that he'd done and I was pleasantly surprised with the price was under 200$ ! My car drives like almost new ! I can't thank this place enough! I will be back to get repairs on my vehicles in the future!!!

Driving from Pensacola Florida to El Paso Texas, after hitting a bump on I-10 my truck developed a death wobble. We took it to one shop and they couldn't find the issue. We then took it to Beaumont Frame and they identified the issue immediately and they worked through lunch to get us on the road as soon as possible. They pointed out a couple other issues that my truck had, but told me that they weren't necessary to get me back on the road, and they didnt try to sell me more than I needed. Friendly people, local shop that has been in the area for years, great rates and tons of experience.

I would highly recommend Beaumont Frame and Front End. Dropped off my 2015 F-150 at 7:30 AM on a Friday and they were very friendly and helpful, mechanic came out in the parking lot with me to help diagnose front end noise I was hearing, and I get call at 11:00 AM that it is finished up along with an alignment. Front desk lady was very nice and we even got to pet Ollie (I think that was his name) the dog. I sadly don’t remember the individuals names that helped me but thank you very much. Very fair pricing and a pleasant experience for new residents of Beaumont!

May 8, 2024 Brought my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in for a right front wheel bearing issue. I was able to drop it off the night before the work. Well, long story short, my Jeep was ready the next afternoon. I was able to pay the reasonable fee over the phone by credit card as I was not going to be able to pick the Jeep up before the shop closed. When I did pick it up, I noticed a difference in the way she handled right away. Before the work, it was all over the road. Now I could feel that the front end was tight. And to my surprise, getting the bearings replace corrected two other minor issues the Jeep was having. It was like they fixed three issues for the price of one. Needless to say, I have very happy with the service and work that Beaumont Frame and Front End did on my Jeep and would recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

Honest mechanics... took my 1968 Fairlane to them to see about a front end alignment and they explained they couldn't get the part needed and to bring it back when I located the parts needed.

We were traveling through Beaumont headed home from a mission trip on a Sunday afternoon. Ended up spending the night. Caliper locked up. I went down the list trying to find folks that could help me. The folks here went above and beyond trying t k help me out. Found the new caliper, got it replaced, and had me on the road again heading home. Even had a great time visiting with them while the work was being done. Thanks again Beaumont frame and front end! If you live in Beaumont, or are just passing through, I highly recommend these fine folks.

Was passing through on a trip and my Ford F-250 developed a problem outside Beaumont. Ford dealer wouldn’t even look at it but recommended this shop. They understood our predicament and took a look immediately. It was diagnosed by 2pm, got me finished by 5 and I was on my way. These are honest, good people that know what they’re doing. The customer is still important to them. I sincerely thank them and highly recommend them.

We were traveling from the east coast in our skoolie and noticed our front right tire wearing differently. Called, showed up early and 30 minutes, $90 bucks later, we're back on the road. It's always a lot of anxiety anytime we need to bring our bus to anyone but our trusted mechanic, but we were treated very fairly here. Glitter the Bus is going along great and finding all the nice spots in the desert!! Thanks so much!

I called 4 days in a row to see about getting my subframe looked at. This place was specifically recommended to me by another shop in Groves, being "the only shop that does this work unless you go to houston." I called 4 days in a row due to them being booked and seeing when they could fit me in, however, EVERY SINGLE TIME I called I told them what's wrong. "Subframe is needing to be checked" is specifically what i said. Each time, they said no problem and that they would be able to take a look at it with a $50 fee. Great. Finally get a spot in line, we get there, and we are told "we haven't done that type of work in 20 plus years. I dont know why you got recommended to us." Mind you, its the same person we talked to on the phone. What???? So confused. They must not have listened to a word I said. They completely lied to our faces... I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We were traveling across country in our motorhome and started having problems in Vinton, La with our suspension. The frontend bottoming out and bouncing all over the road. The Love's mechanic thought it maybe the shocks, but all looked well and they were not allowed to work on RVs. Calling ahead to several places in Beaumount and I was recommended to them. They could get us right away. We limped it there and after a few minutes of looking at it, determined the problem. The airbag valve arm had broken. They were able to do a repair and get us back on the road within a 1/2 hour. They charged what I assume is a 1/2 hour rate. If not it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for auto repair. They let us bring our small dog into the air conditioned waiting area also. Greatly appreciated. It was scary to see them drive the coach over the mechanics pit!

These guys got me out of a bind. I was working on my trailer, its homemade and 30+ years old. When my grandfather made it he made it heavy duty and unique tonsay the least. When no place in the area had U-bolts that were long enough to replace what was there. These guys at Beaumont frame & front end came in clutch and made me custom length U-bolts that fit everything perfect and worked out great! I could not of been happier with the service I got! In and out with custom length U-bolts in 17min, I had spent half the day trying to find what I needed and they had me in and out and I was on my way to finish my trailer. I will definitely be going back if I need more or for anything they can do for me!

I had a great experience at Beaumont Frame and Frontend. I called them yesterday, and they told me to come in early to get the work done. They really know their business—I listened as they explained issues clearly to other customers and gave honest, helpful recommendations to get their vehicles safely back on the road. Their pricing was also very fair—just $125. I called a few other shops before this, and some quoted as high as $350 without even looking at the vehicle. I’m glad I chose Beaumont Frame and Frontend. Highly recommend them for aligment and suspension work.

I visited two or three other shops before coming here. Nobody else could figure out the issue of my truck pulling hard to the right and eating tires. These guys quickly identified the problem. Worked with me on scheduling to get the truck in for repair and the guy who did my alignment got it driving straight with no pull! These guys did what no other shops could do!

I called them and told them I was driving from out of town over 500 miles to have work done as they come highly recommended…they did not disappoint me at all …was there the very next morning and they brought my jeep into the bay ASAP and put extra man power on it to solve my issue so I could get back on my way home …the drive back home was so nice since they fixed my spring problems of sagging and swaying…thank you again for the top notch service and the owner himself making me fell at home ..now it’s time to find more trails!!

I took my Chevy Silverado to this place after I had an accident which required I replace several front end parts. I had to leave town in a hurry and didn’t have time to get my ft end aligned before I left. Anyway after arriving in Beaumont I searched for and found an alignment shop close to where I was staying. They took my truck back and returned it in a reasonable amount of time. They furnished me with a print out of before and after readings. My only problem, which is a big one, is that anyone who knows very much about older Chevy Silverados knows that the upper control arm must be torqued to 140 ft pounds or it will work work loose and move. When I asked to make sure he torqued the bolts he stated he didn’t own a torque wrench. The owner or operator who took my money acted like I was speaking French when I brought up torquing bolts. My opinion. Stay away from this shade tree shop. In this day and time, what repair shop that displays a ASE certification out front doesn’t own a torque wrench ?

Mark is a true professional and went above and beyond to ensure my Toyota was running smooth. Based on great personal recommendations I received I drove all the way down and Mark got my Highlander in right away and began addressing all the current issues. Mark kept me updated and informed throughout the process and even took the opportunity to personally answer any questions. Mark also took the opportunity to share some fishing stories with me and even provided some valuable insight on some great options and areas to fish on Rayburn . Truly thankful for all the service Mark and the entire staff provided. I truly recommend them. They are absolutely Excellent 😊
