When I went there in June, the service was done quick and easy. I stayed in my car and paid cash. Cost me a few bucks to patch my tire.

I will preface this by saying I know there are risks with buying used. But seriously. I bought 4 tires a couple weeks ago. Well one started to go low and stay low even with putting air in. Well come to find out every tire has multiple patches that are coming apart and have holes in them. They would not make it right by replacing only 1 tire that’s staying on flat. SMH.been driving a donut the last week or so.

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES HERE!!! They are con artist who sell defective tires and when you tell them about it the say oh you must picked up nail or hit something. We purchased the tire on a Saturday and Sunday morning when we wake up its deflated. We bring it back to them and they want to charge us AGAIN to fix the tire that the just sold us!!! On top of that they were rude and condescending about us wanting a better tire. We left with no results and went to discount and they said the tire was no good. Smh should have know. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money. Don't shop here

This place on Concord is trash! Charged me 180$ for a new tire that could of been purchased at Wal-Mart for 90$. They said they rotated and balanced it but that wasn't done. They didn't put the spare back.When I called to speak to them about the issue the woman who answered the phone hung up I my face.

Last week paid $90 for 2 used 15" tires. But it's crazy cuz my friend went to them for way bigger tires 2 of them for $50! Anyways one of the tires they gave me had a chunk taken out of it and they didn't balance them so my car shakes like crazy ever since I left.

Today my Rav4 have 2 nails and my zero turn 1. $40 for removing 2 tires and applying 3 internal patches. All work first class. Today my F350 had 2 nails and normally $15 for a patch. Today it was $30. Seemed a bill high but I Paid and glad to have it patched internally. Good quick service I favor another smaller tire shop one man operation but he was closed. Alvarez was opened and crew solved my problem quickly and not at much cost relative to my problem.

If I could put a negative I would I stopped to get a simple question for my tire and the older guy walked out being rude before I even had the chance to say hello ..turned around and was still rude for no reason!!!

Gone here regularly and been disapointed when i was told from another place that i have 2 different size tires on the back of the van. So if your on a budget make sure the sizes are correct.

I went to this location to get tires I bought a truck it came with 18 inch tires factory was 16 the previous owner bought it like that so the tires where 275/75 18 speedo off and everything now I can use 18'" but it has to be a 245/60 18 max and everything is fixed. That being said when you made a sharpe left turn it rubbed the sway bar so I told the guy I need a smaller tire he said no you need that size with smaller tread lol he then said I'll show you ok show me needless to say he is wrong. He has a crappy attitude told me something else is wrong I replace the whole front end had the alignment done and it's worse took it back and now he will put on what I want for 500 bucks after I just paid 300 for nothing so here I sit with tires I can not use the people that referred me to them went down to talk to him and got knowhere so he sells what he wants not what you want so I will never again go there pretty sad you get screwed like this it's not over yet when I find out who the manager is I will be calling

Great friendly customer service!! Competitive prices!! I called Maybe 20 min before coming to check on prices to install my tires due to Walmart not having weights to balance my new tires. As soon as I pulled up, he recognized me from our call. They pulled me in and was done with all four tires in less than 30 min. Definitely coming back when I need tires in the future.
