Brought a 2020 KW for first PM and the Technician left the secondary fuel pump unger rod cap unscrewed. The fuel system ended up with air bubbles accumulated throughout and caused extreme problems:. loss of revenue, loss of appointment for delivery and could have been avoided by securing the plunger knob tight.

Called and said truck was ready. When I arrived the truck was in a pool of water and it wouldn't crank. Paperwork said it was running when they called me. THEY OVERHEATED THE TRUCK AND LET IT RUN FOR HOURS! I had to pay for a new engine and they refuse to take blame. The owner said I would have to sue him to get any type of reimbursement even though we have paperwork showing the only time it showed a code was in their possession. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS THEY WILL HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU. My engine was also covered under warranty until they made it useless.

Some of the worst work Iβve ever seen done in my life absolutely zero attention to detail fittings left loose nuts and bolts left loose nuts and bolts left laying on the truck dirty mechanics prints everywhere changed out a battery cable took the hangers loose of course they broke so they just left everything hanging put a new fan hub on leaking like a sieve made two rounds on the fitting going into the fan hub on the airline

If I could give them negative stars I would! My truck was hit on the passenger side around the steer tire, and could not be driven. My insurance let me put the truck in the shop at performance truck in Beaumont tx. This was the worst mistake! they claimed that work was done that hadn't been done and told me the truck was finished. When I showed up the bumper that they replaced was offset, the alignment that was supposed to be done was not done. The body work was done by an incompetent body shop....hood would not open and close correctly, and they got paint all over windshield. I pulled the truck out and called my insurance company, only to have them tell me to take it to another shop where they took pictures of bent suspension u-bolts, and a lot of other things that were charged but done incorrectly! My truck was at this shop for 4 weeks. When I asked the shop Forman about the crappie work he said that he would look into it and call me back. I never heard anything from him. If you can avoid this place, do so by any means necessary! The second shop found over $6000 worth of incomplete work!

These people through me under the bus with my office. They checked out my truck to see what was wrong and found out parts needed to be ordered. So they have me come to the service office take my phone number tell me they need to call my office and get okay to proceed and they will call me when the parts get here. The next afternoon my office is calling me reading me the riot act claiming I was supposed to be there early that morning so they wouldn't be able to get to me till the following day. So I show up the next day at 7:30 as they wanted to find out the guy that is working on it doesn't show up to work until 10 10:30 . Wow. I don't normally write reviews but I'm getting to a point in my life where I am tired of the way people treat each other.

Went in for speedometer and cruise control working sometimes kept truck 1week claimed harnest charge me 600 still not problem return next day kept truck 2 weeks changed dash $1800 part charge me $2800. Cleared all my odometer information did not fix problem brought back 2days later said he ran wires and check them $600. Another week.brought it back now having electrical problems after a week out now changing ecu a knock sensor and light $4100 I ask when Iβm getting it back she says Monday Monday she says mabe end of week guy has lots to do

So frustrating, can't them to answer the phone at all. Have had our truck for 2 weeks now and still not repaired. We will never buy another KW. Same thing in Baytown. Not only fuel prices killing the business but they are doing it directly with terrible service.

Update: Parts rep called me and apologized. Her great customer service will have me back. Thank you Priscilla for reaching out. You are a prime example of how businesses should interact with customers. Awful customer service. Went in for what should of been quick transaction on part. Walked in and had to engage in conversation for service because 1st person was not interested in welcoming me. He pushed me off to empty desk and said someone else would help me. While waiting, another parts person, Jennifer, made her way out and didn't acknowledge me. Instead she crammed chips and salsa down and completely ignored me. I finally was able to get a techs attention to find out if the parts guy that sits at empty desk was there. Finally the "missing" parts guy came up to desk. He just there typing while Jennifer's loud chewing was happening. If I ever leave my job, I would love the opportunity to work at performance and show these parts people how to have better manners with customers. Do Better people!

I brought my truck to Performance. Due to lack of man power, it took a week before they could look at it. Went to pick it up and a fault was not found/ overlooked. They fixed it that day which was great, but I feel I got overcharged on labor and charged for a part that I have to find out about. Also, the fuel neck / strainer in the tank was damaged and also the float on my fuel sending unit hangs up on the neck. Last time I brought my truck over there, they damaged the center console when they put it back. And ever time I bring my truck to them, they leave the power cut off switch on and kill my batteries. Also, they forget to call me to let me know when my truck is ready.

The experience at this location is below poor. One of our company trucks came in for a diagnostic and for just plugging the computer I was charged $598.46. I was never presented with an estimate or even advice about the cost. It took me more than 20 minutes to get Brandy Payne (very unprofessional and with customer service limitations) to understand that it was not a good business practice and the price was unfair. Lucky, she acknowledged the mistake and reduce the bill to $450. Still above of what any other dealer would charge. Overall very poor experience, extremely lack of transparency, and a staff (Brandy Payne) very aggressive and with poor communication skills. Please stay away from this location. I am sharing my experience to hopefully help someone else avoid the same mistake I did to visit this shop.

I put my truck in for ac and injector repair and got it back and it runs worse than it did before I put it in This shopI will tow 500 miles before I ever put my truck back in this shop 30 years of truck this has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with
