I ran over something on the road and not only got a flat, I blew a hole in my rim. (Check the photo!) We’re traveling from Dallas to Florida at the time, so this is disaster. Taylor got my car towed to the BMW dealership, assessed the situation, found a tire and a rim in 24 hrs and got me on the road as soon as they were on the car. Not a regular - a stranded visitor, and Taylor treated like I was his best customer. Highly recommend Taylor and the service folks at Doggett.

We recently had my wife’s BMW X-3 serviced at BMW of Beaumont for a luggage rack recall, a brake service and multi-point inspection. As always the entire staff did an awesome job in making this a pleasant experience. Robin, the Service Advisor was very helpful and professional and was able to answer all of my questions, she was also able to connect me with John-Michael, the staff BMW Genius who was able to help me get the remote start/climatize function to work properly. I highly recommend this dealership, they are very professional and courteous and the quality of work is always excellent. When it comes time to replace this car BMW of Beaumont will be our first stop!

Service Review: Disappointing Experience and Lack of Communication Dates of Service: October 10th – October 15th Service Advisor: Sandra Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars (Poor) I was highly unsatisfied with the service and communication during my vehicle's six-day stay (October 10th - 15th). The service was for a mandatory service and the repair of a broken wheel from a pothole. Additionally, I requested the replacement of the Front Lower Grille and the Tow Hook Cap Cover. The issues centered entirely on a lack of follow-through and inconsistent information provided by my service agent, Sandra. __________________________________________________________ Pattern of Neglect and Critical Breakdown in Quality Control My main concern following the repair was the failure to address my requested replacements of the Front Lower Grille and the Tow Hook Cap Cover. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up and Sandra's phone updates on the primary repairs, she repeatedly dismissed the parts issue. Every time I reminded her during the week, her consistent response was, "Oh, I forgot." This pattern of neglect culminated after I paid the final bill. ____________________________________________________________ Unacceptable Part Sourcing and Installation • When I again pointed out the missing parts after paying the final bill, Sandra initially sent me an Amazon link to purchase the Front Lower Grille part myself. A screenshot of this Amazon link is attached as evidence. This is not the level of service expected from a dealership or certified repair facility. • She later stated she could order the part through the Parts department and have it delivered to me but added that I could install it myself. • By admitting to consistently forgetting essential requested parts and then deferring the responsibility of sourcing and installation to me, this demonstrates a critical lapse in professional process and final quality control. • The Tow Cover part eventually came in, and I was called to pick it up on October 25th. _____________________________________________________________ Inconsistent Diagnostic Information I requested the team check my right rear tire, as I believed it was defective. Sandra initially assured me it was checked and "not bad." A few days later, she contradicted this information, stating the tire was indeed faulty. While I was told labor would be waived, this inconsistency shows a significant breakdown in the initial inspection and communication process. _____________________________________________________________ Poor Communication and Resource Management • Communication: I attempted to follow up twice on Saturday, October 18th (at 11:42 a.m. and 12:40 p.m.). I was informed by the receptionist that an email was sent to Sandra asking her to call me back, yet I never received a return call. • Loaner Vehicle: I was without my vehicle for six days. I was told no loaner vehicles were available for my service duration. In the past, I've received a loaner through a different service agent for a much shorter repair time, suggesting an inconsistency in resource management. ______________________________________________________________ The overall experience demonstrated a serious failure in service management, attention to detail, and proper communication with the customer.
