Great receptionist one very helpful worker bad prices an didn't fix anything it was a full pump an they did a starter don't go there useless im bot a mechanic an I fixed my mom's full pump my self an it ran fine then I found out it need a throttle body sensor an tb they olny wanted to do the most expensive part the starter worst money an waste of time ever an my dad trusted them an he's has cancer completely took advantage of him

Disappointing. I recently had high performance spark plug installed to fixed what seemed to be a cylinder misfire. Dwayne replaced the plug with an inferior brand trying to trouble shoot the problem. I paid and still had the issue. Turns out the cars CPU doesn't like Shell gasoline. After switching to another brand the problem has disappeared!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional when talking to me about the services I went there to inquire about for my vehicle.

We were stranded along side the road and referred to them. We had to get towed to the shop in the middle of the night and called them before they opened and they answered. They started to work on our vehicle right away and diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road in about 2 hrs. Thanks for being so professional to us since we were from out of town, we will be holding onto their name and number if we ever need anything in the Beaumont TX area.

I heard about this shop on KLVI Radio,. Dwayne had 3 weeks worth of jobs before me, but he offered to fit me in between jobs if I could leave the truck there. I don't live in the area & was literally stranded until I could safely drive the truck. I was a damsel in distress. Not only did Julie give me a ride back to my hotel, but she also picked me up a couple of hours later when my truck was ready. Dwayne replaced circuit board(s) & got my lights working. The amount I paid was very reasonable. A person would be hard-pressed to find better service anywhere. If you need a mechanic, don't hesitate to use Dwayne.

Dwayne's Automotive is not reliable or trustworthy. My truck sat at this so called place of business for almost two weeks without any work being done. He promised me that my truck would be looked at 2-3 days of dropping the truck off. When I went back to the shop to check on my truck, I just informed him that I would just take my truck back. He proceeded to look for a Ford truck key and I had to remind him that it wasn't a Ford key because I do not drive Fords. He found the correct key eventually and threw it on the counter and said (See ya). I do not recommend this place of business for their lack of care and communication especially to disabled Vets and people of color. P.s. They also left my truck window down for the two weeks it sat there as well.

My son was about to go out of town on a long road trip and his truck started making a noise. We stopped by Dwayne's and they were extremely busy but they took the time to look and pointed out the problem and solution that we could fix on our own. Didn't charge us. several months later I took a company truck to them to replace a wheel bearing. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The office person was also nice to work with.
