Went for an oil change. 3 hours and they didn't actually change my oil. Left it bone dry!!! Do not go here. Spend a little extra where they actually do their job.

Came right in an hour prior closing. They accepted my vehicle no hesitation for oil change. Prices notably fair and service technician friendly and professional. I will absolutely use and recommend them over-again. Thank you for a good experience.

They shouldn't be allowed to have one star if you ask me. I pulled up to the lube shop and received no service or a greeting for almost thirty minutes and I personally had to keep calling the worker before he even considered to even acknowledge that I was waiting. Never again.

I came to have tires installed. When I arrived, they had just started on one car, and then there was one more car in front of me. By the time I left, over 2 and 1/2 hours had passed. Yes -- it took 2 1/2 hours to change 12 regular car tires. It's a combination of severe under-staffing, bad management, and what appears to be a complete lack of oversight. The folks there are nice enough, but they just are not being managed/led at all and therefore are unable to properly prioritize and ensure that things are progressing as they should.

Don’t waste your time, instead use it to drive over to the auto center in Lumberton or Silsbee. Literally 10 minutes outside just waiting to see if anyone would ask anything and nothing! I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but I saw 3 mechanics/techs just waltz by my vehicle without a second glance. It always seems like they find it a chore to ask a customer what they may need help with. I brought one of my older vehicles too about 6 months ago for an oil change and for it was worth it only took 10 minutes tops. Oddly fast for me only to find out they only reset the oil life on the dash, it still had the same old oil. I was honestly so mad at that point that instead of going back, I just changed it myself. They probably would’ve done the trick again if I had gone to complain or something. Save your money, sanity and time.

You won’t find any entrance sign when you enter this Walmart tire center. Everybody is lazy there and no one answers your questions. They don’t know how to properly reattach the spare tire to your car - even had showed the guy and he didn’t do it right - left it loose. They will also waste your time, took us 3 hour to change 1 tire. There is only one person that does the work so there is not enough people to finish anything nor is there any manager or supervisor available. Also they are not aware of what inventory they have. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your vehicle needs.

I showed up and the guy said he had the right tire, I waited almost 3 hours while they worked on 1 car in front of me (it took them 3 hours to change 4 tires on that car). Then when it came time he couldn’t find the right tire. He said “I thought we had it but I was wrong”

I have had some horrible experiences at this store in general and I didn’t expect today to be any different. But I needed my battery replaced and the Auto service guy AARON came to check me in he was so polite and made sure I was taken care of he saw I had a small child and tested my battery and recommended that I change it because it was low. After he finished he also told me not to use my spare tire because it was flat. I asked if he could air up my tire and without hesitation he aired it up. Thanks Aaron you are truly a blessing such a kind spirit.

They may have just been short this day but there was only one gentleman working on vehicles. I couldn’t get a price over the phone which worried me but I was kind of desperate since I had a trip the next day and wanted to get the oil change before then. I ended up leaving after waiting 20 minutes with no one coming to sign me in.

I was out of town and my mother took my truck for a oil change she told me they took to long and when she left she told me the oil pressure gauge on the dash was not working and the check engine light came on I imagine it was because of the oil gauge being out

Literally called ahead said what my vehicle was. Then I was waiting for over 25 minutes, guy came to car & got info then gave me my ticket. He comes back after another 5 minutes or so to say oh they just told me we don't have the tool for your car's filter. So my issue is, MAKE EVERY ONE KNOWLEDGEABLE on what's going on that works on AUTO. Again, I called first so that would have saved me the entire trip & time wasted because I said exactly what my car was. THEN to have the workers be so idiotic as to NOT tell me that instead of me waiting for over 25 minutes and they saw my car, but they waited to tell the new guy who was doing the tickets. He had a car ahead of me before he got to me. Make it make sense, they saw me, knew they didn't have the tool, but let me wait just so they could tell him & he tell me when he had no idea and said he is new??!!! Ridiculous and worst first time experience

Well after my local Walmart in vidor was out of stock on the tire I needed I went to Beaumont store. after having the tire replaced and such i noticed the car riding really rough once on the highway. Well by the time I had got on highway I wasn't turning around due to traffic being backed up going back into Beaumont. I'm here at Gunstreams in Vidor and they immediately noticed my tire wasn't seated on the rim correctly. Basically it wasn't popped into place when they aired it up. It was severely out of shape. Now mind you they charged me for a glance and everything on that tire. How they balanced the tire has me blown away and pretty sure it wasnt. So got charged for things they didn't even do properly..luckily Gunstreams got it right. So please watch it if you do there. Maybe it was a rare occasion but make sure you get what you pay for..

Look at their reviews?! This Walmart does NOT care, they have gotten too big? Google told me that Walmart SOLD interstate car batteries and Google LIED, when I drove over 20 miles to the Walmart, the person at the counter had an attitude of what you want? Nope, those batteries over there are the only ones we sell. So both Google, Walmart, and their employees could ALL use improvement. Certainly don’t care about if they have accurate information online? Or want your business?!

Waited to get my oil changed and four new tires on my car... Probably an hour and a half I found out that the same tire technician that checked me in was the only tire technician and when he left he didn't just leave to go bring somebody somewhere while he was on his break but in reality he actually left and went home for the day even after checking me in knowing that nobody else working the rest of that day we're only able to change oil not tires... I set checked in for 2 hours without as much as a we will be right with you... I looked up to see where it stood with me trying to get an oil change and there was like five people in line with one person working and it was like 2:00 maybe 3:00 during the day on a Sunday so I went to Firestone I never actually able to give me four new tires cheaper than what I would have gotten I'm at Walmart and they had me in and out the door brand new tires paid for and receipt in hand walking out the door by 5pm

Maybe 2 out of 10. I do not recommend!! pure chaos & no organization! Came yesterday for my 2pm appointment, I waited an hour for them to tell me the car in front of me will be their last car for the day 🤬! I had to leave with a car full of tires. So I made another appointment for 9am today, and I am just now leaving at 12pm. 3 hours to get tires put on! And lastly where they parked the finished cars there was lots of debris and even a nail. So I had to check my BRAND NEW SET OF TIRES for nails, before leaving the shop’s parking lot. Yes, I am happy with the tire purchase, however I will never deal with Walmart’s auto/tire shop again! Waste of time! I should’ve have just went to a mom and pop tire shop or discount tire to have them put on. -just got home and they forgot to put my tire lock back in my car so now I have to go back and get it 😡😒!!!

Its a 1 star because that is the lowest possible option! Lost overtime from work to find NOBODY HERE! Time of posting this is 630pm. Store hours posted online, website, the building, and personally calling during afternoon to verify open until 7pm just to take off work to be here before 630pm and all bays are closed and door locked. Tire displays is still left outside. Im over this place.
