Precision Auto Care on College Street deserves 10 stars! Two other well-known auto shops gave false diagnoses. Following a friend's advice, I went to Precision. Mr. Dale, the owner, accurately diagnosed my car, showing me pictures for proof, after which his team fixed the problem. Went for an oil change for the first time here recently. Guy at the counter was very sweet. Unfortunately, I had a worn out oil plug that began leaking shortly after servicing. I happen to be in the area so I swung in to check on it. They kindly told me why it was leaking, and got me a new plug along With a new oil change. Since they knew they must have overlooked the Plug during my first service a couple weeks before, they were nice enough to not charge me a second time. Good business. I’ll be coming back into town next time I need an oil change to say ty. 👍👍

ZERO STARS ISN'T AN OPTION BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS I'm a victim of identity theft and this company refused to give me information about a vehicle that was financed in my name by someone. They were rude and no help at all but constantly text me to see if a car I've never known about needed serviced.

I recently survived a horrible accident, so I was terrified of something causing me to crash. The guys all went WAY above and beyond, checking everything multiple times. I chose this place based on the high reviews. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They diagnosed my air conditioning issues and presented solutions and did a thorough repair. The service was fast, affordable and they guarantee the work. This is a full service solution to everything Mechanical. They even do oil changes and sell tires! The owner was on-site, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciate locally owned business that care about customer service and fair prices. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I brought in an older model Honda for extensive maintenance and repairs. The services were explained in great detail, options for repairs in stages of critical to least importance to accommodate my budget. No pressure to make a decision. I APPRECIATION THE EXCELLENT SERVICES.
