Ran into a problem the day after I bought 4 new sets of tires! Nothing the shop did, road hazards in a construction zone and ended up with a flat tire. In less than an hour I had Mark come and help me put on a spare. Exceptional team and service. I am one grateful customer! 👍

I paid $900 for these tires and this was how DT presented my truck with new tires to me. Added insult to injury; Two fairly new tires were requested to be returned, not. My truck was brought out to me with the door open, and a "You're all set to go!" I was home when I realized that my tires were not returned. I called them and was placed on hold, then the line gives me the busy signal. This was on a Friday, and by Monday, I was informed that my tires could not be located and that more than likely they were discarded. Discarded? These are tire professionals and they know a good tire from trash. My front tires cost $213 each and had less than 20K miles on them. Trashed? I don't think so

I have been buying tires from Discount Tire since 1983, and from the Beaumont locations since since 1998. There have been too many cars vehicles to recount, and the tires for all of them, over the years. They have always been a great place for me to buy my tires. This guys sold me extra warranty on 4 new tires. Two of them got very bad and they didn’t covered anything they just told me the warranty it’s not covering for this ugly and defective tire, I don’t recomend this store and any of they products. David was the guy and manager that says that to me. Do not go to this store please don’t go there. You will disappointed later. Customer service extremely bad.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Discount Tire shop, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by an employee named David. The staff were not only rude but also unhelpful throughout the entire process. The service was incredibly slow, and it felt as though they had no concern for their customers. If you’re seeking quick, efficient, and respectful service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Came in for tire balancing. Asked attendant to check tpms because it appeared to be inverted. And to check air pressures. Left after work was completed and got a low tire pressure alarm 30 miles down the road. Tire pressures were 74 64 57 and 54. And still believe the tpms is inverted.

My wife's truck started having an odd wobble at low speed, so she went straight to these folks. With less than an hour until they close, they looked at her tire, found it had a separation issue, and got it right in to get a new tire. They had the tire on super fast, and were very courteous. I am grateful to them for taking care of this so quickly and kindly. I would very highly recommend a trip here for your next tire purchase.

So today I decided that today was the day that I was going to go and get myself new tires and rims for my car. I am spending a lot of time going between Lake Charles Louisiana and Beaumont Texas where my husband is so I decided that I was going to go on and take care of this today. I have been researching tires for the last week to decide exactly what I wanted. I decided to go to Discount Tire here in Beaumont Texas on Stagg Drive across from the HEB and the Jason's Deli. Once I got there the parking lot was full, there were people everywhere and the Stalls where the cars were being worked on we're all busy. I ordered my rims and tires on yesterday and they said that they would be ready on today so I decided to go on in and let them put my new tires and my new rims on the car today. I drove up and everyone was so nice. This nice gentlemen standing in the parking lot to greet everyone was very nice he asked me what was I having done today. I told him I was getting wheels and tires put on my vehicle. He notified me that they were kind of busy so it's going to probably take a little while for them to get to me, but I told him that that was okay I came prepared to wait so I was totally fine with that. Once he got my information i headed inside and sat down. I was only seated a few minutes when the nice guy at the counter I think his name is Alex asked me to approach the counter and asked me what was i having done today. I explained to him that I was there to get tires and rims placed on my vehicle he went over my order once done I returned to my seat. I was there about two and half maybe three hours. They were so busy, but they got me fixed up and the tires and rims are NICE. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at Discount Tire located at 3655 Stagg Drive Beaumont Texas. If you need tires this is definitely the place to go.

Had several test fits before we decided on the perfect set of wheels.. The guys here are super knowledgeable and always willing to help. I have to say, I had THE best experience at this Discount Tire location so far. I was in from out of town and got a flat. My tow truck driver dropped my car off and I was helped immediately (on a Saturday). I probably wasn't there 30 minutes before my car was ready and I was on my way. I highly recommend this location.
