Spoke to Steve yesterday and got an estimate for replacing the radiator on my Tundra. Explained the quote I received from another shop next door to discount tire was between $900-$1,050 he said he could do much better than that for me. Not only did he provide me a significantly better quote he also explained why I didn't need to replace another part I was expecting to. GREAT SERVICE and HONEST answers! If you want your car to come back to you in working in order, don’t bring it here. The owner Steve is nice..enough until issues arise. Steve was willing to work with me until I could pay off the service on my car. I’ve never met him in person and have only spoke to him on the phone. He called me while my car was still in his possession to tell me my engine was “dead”. He wanted to get a new engine to put in my car, which I was hesitant about. I asked if he did a compression test etc. and he said yes. I asked if he’d have the reading available for me to see, again he said yes. I go to check the prognosis of my car and NO ONE IN THAT SHOP KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. This shop doesn’t even have jumper cables. Who has an auto shop but doesn’t have the basics? I was told by Steve also they’d “done everything they could to get it to run”. When I got in my car I knew the battery was dead as a doornail. Because I asked for the paperwork and refused a new engine, I was told I needed to move my car or it was going to be towed to a private lot. I also had the cops called because they run bad business. My engine wasn’t dead and it turns out my hoses popped. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Edit: RESPONSE TO OWNER: NOT BOGUS. You can play dumb all you want but I have receipts. Another mechanic suggested that I report you to the better business bureau but I think this review is appropriate. If you don’t remember who I am then you scam too many people. Kept vehicle for two weeks. Charged me nearly 500 to “rebuild the bearings” in my alternator. Brought it in for transmission work.

Very unprofessional. They said they fixed the coolant leak and charged me $260 to fix it but the very next day after it was “fixed” I noticed there’s still a puddle underneath it and the AC isn’t blowing cold. I bring it back in after calling them and they said they tested everything and I’m all good to go. Explained to receptionist that I know it’s not working properly, so she put me on with the mechanic, who pretty much just said the same thing as the receptionist, which to me meant they couldn’t fix it. Now as I type this I’m standing in the parking lot waiting for the dude who has the building keys to get here because he’s running 30 minutes late and I’m already late to work myself. Update: Everything is fixed and I can drive my car I just can’t idle it for too long or it starts leaking again.
