This place is run by thieves. The job they were supposed to do, wasn't finished. They charged me an arm and a leg, and took forever to do low quality work. After all day to replace a U bolt, and eleven hundred dollars later, I had to go to another place to do the job right. People are rude and lack knowledge. BBB should close this place down.

Rodney (toothless black guy) is unprofessional and so is the fat white guy with the beard that does call outs. Had a tire replaced at my companies yard and the white guy came out and started complaining about replacing the tire because he had been up since 3am. I get up at 3am 4 days a week. And I work until 530pm or 630pm depending on how my day goes. If you don't want to do your job then find another one.

Maybe good if you need a tire changed or a gallon of oil for $40 and more damage to your truck. Big mistake calling Vicks they could of been honest and say they couldn't manage and charge me for the mileage and not for four hours of guessing and then overcharging. God Bless them and best of luck to those that call for their services.

The mechanic was lousy, kept chanting "you need to take it to the dealership" without diagnosing the issue. Charged me over $450 to tell me exactly I already knew myself. I discovered I had an alternator issue, the mechanic didn't want to do any work, just pretend he knew what he was talking about, he didn't. After the so called mechanic left, I had to diagnose the problem by myself and learn to fix the issue on the spot. Never again will use Vic's if I'm in this area. -10 stars.

Yesterday, one of my trucks blew an airbag in between Winnie and Beaumont. Vic’s had a service truck there in 40 minutes. First time I’ve ever used them. I was throughly impressed with their response to us. The mechanic, Adam, had my truck back on the road in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend Vic’s to any of my fellow trucking companies. Adam was exceeding customer expectations today !! Not only did he arrive 30 minutes before the ETA given to me by Good Sam, he was an extremely polite and friendly, no fuss professional I would love to have leading my team at home ! He changed the inside tire of my rear axle on IH 10 in no time, not even complaining about the false hook-up of my spare (which took special efforts to get off), but whilst working under harsh conditions also maintaining a pleasant conversation . I cannot understand any of some of the other ratings, as I have nothing but praise to say ! BTW, I made it home well (another 347 miles) and will share the business card he gave me with a lot of folks … Thank YOU !!!

I would not recommend this business. Truck was stranded on side of road due to truck not airing up. The mechanic was only 3 mins away and when he arrived all he did was tell the driver to start truck and truck aired up . He performed no work and no diagnosis ! Yet he charged me $345 for just coming 3miles there! No break , no understanding , no effort ! When my truck got back to Houston we discovered it was an dryer issue which the mechanic if he had done his job fully would have been able to repair or at least diagnose! He did nothing ! So disappointed!

Vic came out within 45 minutes to repair our busted radiator hose on our 32 ft RV. The job took 15 minutes and he had us on our way. Price was steep, but it’s well worth it to get back on the road. Truly grateful that he was available. Excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate to call Vic for your emergency RV engine repairs. Thank you!

I don't recommend this place at all i needed to replace brake drum for my truck the mechanic was quick took 20 min to install. Charge me 221$ I told him that i wasn't going to pay for that they charge $100 a hour took 20 min . They are thieves here . The Spanish guy with a bear is rude and wanted to fight me because I didn't want pay the amount they charge me . I finally spoke with a manager and brought the price to 144$ a fair amount but definitely not coming back here .

Came to Love’s who didn’t have what I needed as for a tire and they said they couldn’t get to me until the next day. Driving out seen this shop open. When over there the guy said the shop was closed this would be an after hour job. Tire was replaced and not only that but he gave me some pointers to look out for on my trailer. I highly recommend them for anyone. Nick took real good care of me. Go see him.
