Mercedes is extremely thorough about the long term maintenance of your vehicle. I’ve had my car for a little over three years now, and I won’t lie and say that maintenance has been an easy experience because it can be costly- but I will say that every service I’ve ever paid for has been 100% effective and has increased the longevity of my vehicle’s function, for certain. I have stayed on top of their recommended schedule for service appointments and I have NEVER had any major issues with my vehicle. In addition to that, ms Adrienne will assist you in finding financing options to work around your budget to get your car the service it needs. The technicians don’t cut corners and always ensure that your vehicle is properly serviced, and the service advisors (like ms Adrienne) will help you anyway that can to ensure you’re able to pay for your service and leave with a working vehicle that will last. Overall, I appreciate the whole team over there at Mercedes in Beaumont and will always return there for my service appointments for as long as I have this car.

I recently visited Mercedes-Benz service after experiencing an unexpected sunroof issue, and I have to say the experience was turned around thanks to Kristy. It was a good experience overall. Staff /service advisor were all very friendly and professional. In spite of the remodeling, the accommodations where we waited were very comfortable It took longer than I expected (close to 3hrs Mercedes A service) but that may have been beyond anyone's control. In the future I will likely inquire about the wait time. But other than that I can't say one area that fell short of my expectations.
