Bought some wires. Never opened box. Tried to return them the SAME day and was told I would only get store credit for a return. Not one sign in the store says that. Never coming back I’ll guess I’ll keep these over priced wires though.

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM ARTISTS. Spent $1,000 to be disappointed. Then, I took my car to another place to find out that the installation was done unprofessional and short-handed. I was also scammed into buying faulty equipment. Refunds are out of the question, so it's a total loss. Still debating if I should sue or press charges.

Unique Audio and all of the workers are top notch. I told them what I wanted, they made it happen. When I went to pick up my truck, the installer asked me to listen to it before I left. He said, “I don’t like the way it sounds.” Not what I wanted to hear…. I listened to it and it sounded fine. He explained the nuances and reasons why and I heard what he meant. I thought he might try to upsell me. He said, “I want you to leave here happy and if I’m not happy with it, I know you won’t be. I talked to the owner and at no charge extra, we’re going to put a bigger amp and better speakers” They knew more than me, what I wanted. They were right. Now, it sounds great. These guys are great. Super friendly, professional, group. My go to audio guys from now on.
