Good service would have been 5 stars, I asked the young man how much did I owe he said $80.00 & he couldn't give me a paper receipt and would text it. When I checked the text there was an additional 3% for debit card payment. If I had been advised. I would have given $80.00 cash. I prefer the option rather than non disclosure

My son got a flat today he was out there waiting since 12:15 there was a sign it said closed for lunch. I left work to go meet my son there we left at 2 pm no one answer the phone and it was still close. There was another gentleman with his wife and his baby waiting. They told him to go back today for a tire alignment and no one was there. Call before you go if no one answers. It’s because they are taking a 3 hr lunch break.

I had just bought two new front tires, I took my car to get an alignment here and they did my alignment wrong and messed up my front two tires. I had to buy two new tires within a month!!! I took it back after a month and the owner was rude about the situation.

Went here to get an alignment. After a couple of minutes the person came out and told me they could not do the alignment because my front control arm bushings were shot. This is on a 2020 Toyota Tacoma with only 45,000 miles. I was surprised by this so I went to a reputable business that has been around for years. They could not find anything wrong with the front end of my truck and they did the alignment for me. Very upset by this.

From the time I called to see if they could take me in today to get my brakes done to the time I left, it was a breeze. The guy was very honest about the work that needed to be done and quoted me a price I couldn’t turn down, especially since I needed it done today. Good service, fast service, and no issues. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a service done expeditiously. I may have stayed there a total of 2 hours if not less. I’ll definitely be returning back to them for future services.

First time here and I’ll recommend this place to anyone in the community. I was shopping for new tires and an alignment, after calling and pricing around I went with GTS on S.11th st. In Beaumont. GTS completed front and back end suspension work, replaced lower control arms, 4 new tires and alignment for an affordable price that couldn’t be beat! They were professional and even worked past shop hours to complete the job, Pedro the owner, Ana, Andy, and Raquel were super awesome, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
