After getting a refrence from a co worker to use Navarros for repair work I am highly dissapointed with their customer service. I called on May 10th 2024 inquiring about glass replacement on a truck and was promised a call back with price and information. Never received a call. To further add to the dissatisfaction, my husband followed up on May 11th 2024 to call again in the morning and was again promised a call back with information and pricing. No call back at all. Maybe this is a sighn to take our buisness elsewhere. Would not reccomend this establishment at all.

This business was super friendly and easy to deal with. Told me I could come up and I’d be out within an hour and they were right. Barely got through an episode of the price is right and they were done! Had a back rear window replaced from theft. Definitely helped turn my week around. Oh and they were almost 65% cheaper than everywhere else. I highly recommend.

Have done business with this man for years, have lived in the neighborhood for years. And today this man “Mr.Navarros” himself was very much rude. Tried to charge me extra money I didn’t have for a simple window fix. I will not be returning, it’s sad his own daughter had to tell him stop be quiet and listen. Be careful when doing business

Very friendly, knowledgeable place was surprised how quickly got my ordered placed. Had an accident on friday where my hood didnt latch all the way and shattered it, found thier info Saturday and ordered the windshield and Monday morning dropped car off, walked to taco place a block away and by time got back was done. Even made it to work on time, took all of 30-40 mins. Way cheaper and faster that safelite. The real winner here is another reason why I went with them is that they were open saturday and the office team was friendly and ready to help with my situation.

They are a first class joint with very friendly and competent staff members doing great work. I had to wait a while to get my new windshield because my car is not that common, but once it came in, I got a quick appointment and within a couple of hours my ride was ready to roll. I had been looking on the internet to find a windshield and the cheapest price I found was almost $400 plus shipping from Colorado, and it was used. New ones locally were from $875 to $1600 at the dealership. Even if I bought the used one, I still would've had to pay for it to be installed after paying for shipping. Valentin the owner only charged me $550 installed. Plus he installed a new part for the handle on my back door that had been broken at the carwash. Altogether it was the best place that I found to get my windshield installed especially with the electronic sensors that it has. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need anything to do with the windows on your ride. Great people, great price, and great work. These days it's hard to find any of these three things in one place. They get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars from me. Even after going through a carwash and a day when it had 🌧️🌧️ rained, no leaks, no problems. My son had a drivers window on his truck replaced. They did a great job and finished within a couple of hours including window tint. I was so impressed with their service I scheduled a windshield replacement on one of my semi trucks. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any of your glass work.

My passenger window was shattered and I was recommend Navarro Auto Glass. He was very friendly and helpful! The glass that was shipped in had a scratch, he told me about it and ordered another and replaced it no problem the next day so I could go about my business with a non shattered window until the non scratched one came in, let me be clear it was not Navarro’s fault the glass was scratched nor that it took it a bit for the non scratched glass to come in. They were Very nice, honest and respectful. I would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family and if I ever have to get auto glass repaired again, I would return here. They checked every box when it comes to a respectable business.
