They were very thorough diagnosing the problems with my truck. They were patient with all my questions and explained everything in detail. Very quick turnaround time (in on Tuesday morning, approved the work on Wednesday morning and ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon). Very satisfied with the work they did and price I was charged. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I can’t express how appreciative I am for the folks at Christian Brothers Automotive. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They had my vehicle in and out of service in a more than reasonable amount of time. Such a friendly staff that seem like the genuinely care, and offered a shuttle service. Recommend 10/10

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection for a used car from a dealership. One of the radiator fans was broken and had an old hose fused to it. I think this is an issue that should have been caught in inspection and could have helped with negotiation. When I called in, I was requested to bring the car to a local CBA where I live and I complied. I requested a refund but was denied. I've used Christian Brothers before and have always had a great experience. This is the first time I've been disappointed by them. I do understand not everything would be caught but something like that probably should have been and to further ask me to take it to another facility and then not granting a refund is unbecoming of the brand and its normal quality and expectations for Christian Brothers.

I cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive. From the moment you walk into the comfort and convenience of the lobby and 1) get a friendly greeting from the check-in staff, 2) throughout the process of getting your vehicle repaired - complete with state-of-the-art pictures, videos, explanation of the status and recommendations, to 3) receiving timely communications and being able to digitally sign off on documents, to 4) having your vehicle test driven before and after repairs, to 5) receiving your vehicle with a full explanation of the repairs, this business embodies efficiency and effectiveness. The service is timely, thorough, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable - especially compared to dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

This place has a place in my heart. After having a horrible experience with a very known dealership, I truly felt defeated. My car was getting worse and my warranty was almost up. We gave Christian Brothers a call, dropped the car off on a Wednesday, and got it back on a Friday. They worked with my warranty company and I didn't have to worry about anything, Mallory was my advisor and she called me and told me everything that was going on and I couldn't have asked for better service or communication. I love the breakdown of the diagnostic on the website : ) too that was a huge plus for me. Thanks to the tech that took care of my car as well. Thank ya'll so much!!

Prices were a little steep here. I hade to get a tensioner pulley/water pump replaced. I paid $260 for a diagnostic just for them to tell me, what I thought was wrong with it. i get it if you don’t know what the issue is and they have to go in and find it, but I went in right away know what was wrong and what I needed fixed I guess since I “didn’t know for sure” I had to get everything else looked at. Service was ok, All the work was done properly.

Bought a new car back in 2019 & have taken my vehicle over to Christian bros for oil changes & maintenance through the years. When I had any issues with my vehicle, they always worked with me & made it right. Couple months back, I took my car over there because my brakes were making a strange noise for the longest time. The mechanic asked me to follow him to the garage so I could see exactly what was wrong with my brakes as he was explaining it. I really appreciated that! One thing's for sure... I won't ignore squeaky brakes ever again! Could have been a life & death situation if I waited just a little longer before bringing it in! Especially when the brake fluid was leaking, & less than 1/4 left!! God was looking out for me! Thank You to all the staff & all mechanics over there! You have always been good to me & my car!

Let’s talk about the Nice Difference! They really mean that when they say it. Mallory and the team took care of my truck repair. My truck broke down in Beaumont and I live in spring TX. With only an hour and half left until they closed, Mallory made sure they could get me back on the road and home the same day. Great job guys and girls!

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and while I was there I asked for new windshield wipers. The oil change and rotation seevice went just fine, but I was surprised by having to pay $70 apiece for the windshield wipers. I think a heads-up that the wipers were going to cost so much would have helped me make the decision to go elsewhere. $150 for wipers... Update: Rec'd a call and they agreed the wiper issue should not have happened. Even provided an excellent way forward. Nice customer service! Well done.

We were traveling from Florida to Texas for the holidays. Our brakes went out in our car. We called several places and Christian Brothers was the only place that offered to help. We got our car towed to them and they sent their courtesy car to pick us up, along with our 2 large dogs and 1 cat. They welcomed us into their office and made us feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They are amazing.

I would like to update my previous review, Mr. Ronald and his team have gone above and beyond to assist me in the warrant repair of the transmission on my vehicle. I had an honest and forthcoming conversation with Mr. Ronald in person and he was able to stand by his word. I would like to personally thank him for his efforts. Still awaiting the long term fix but I wanted to post an update. For context purposes, I need a transmission replacement. The current transmission was installed 1000 miles ago and is already failing. I did drive 2 hours to have Christian Brothers inspect it at the advisement of Mr. Ronald.

They were going to charge $1,700 to replace the valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and timing cover/front crank seal. They said all three were leaking. I took my car somewhere else and had the timing belt, water pump and timing cover gasket replaced and the car hasn't leaked any oil since. The repair was less than $1,000 too. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone honestly.

This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive in Beaumont and it won't be the last. Everything from checking in to pickup went smoothly. The courtesy shuttle driver, Tim, was professional yet welcoming. The gentleman who was with us when I was being dropped off at work in the morning, spoke glowingly about service, as he currently has a few vehicles he gets serviced there. I was impressed that they recognized me by last name upon pick up of my vehicle after service was complete.
