I read all the great Google reviews and had a family member that recommended Mr Transmission, as well. I was interested to meet the Leland everyone was mentioning! Well, all I can say is, I've never had a better experience with a mechanic shop! Had my Jeep in due to transmission failure, that another shop in town had told me was not able to be repaired, and only quoted me a swap. Mr Transmission looked at it and said it could be rebuilt and quoted me a fair price that was much lower than a swap! Along the way they checked a couple of engine oil leaks I had and Leland gave me an option to have those repaired while the transmission was down, saving me tons of money on repairing them in the future. My Jeep is finally leak free for the first time since I owned it! When I picked up the Jeep, they told me to bring it back in 10 days where they would inspect it for leaks and test drive it themselves again to ensure it was still operating properly. Wow! Never had a shop offer that before! Leland kept me informed throughout the process and explained in detail everything they found and needed to do to fix it. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicles here in the future! Great customer service and great mechanics!

We brought our car here January (2025) for transmission failure, and have been told week after week that it's 'almost done.' It's now almost May and we still don't have our car back. They hardly update unless we call them. I understand they might be busy but the lack of honesty and timing is horrible! I definitely do NOT recommend if you're in a rush. Hopefully they at least fix our car right. 🫠

My wife drove over something in the road which damaged her car causing it to be disabled in the road. Not knowing what to do she contacted Mr. transmission and the owner along with the technician came out and helped push the car out of the road, avoiding a hazard, and also took care of having the car towed and gave her a ride to their shop where I picked her up. They broke her car into their busy work scheduled and had it repaired within two days. I’m extremely pleased and appreciative of their Initiative and help!

Mr. Transmission stop what they where doing and had a Tow Truck out of pick up my mother car in 30 mins or less with no question ask when she was broken down.
