The work was done very quickly and very professionally. They are specialists in European cars (Audi in my case) and were prepared for the repair, just right, fast and with a guarantee. I was having a grinding issue with my brakes & my mama has always used Scott's so I decided to check them out too. I had gotten a previous quote from another auto repair shop that was outrageous & Scott's cut the other place's estimate in half. And the service was so quick! AND they washed & cleaned my car without me even asking! As a mama of two busy teenagers, that is SO much appreciated!! My car feels & drives like brand new!! Scott's! These wonderful Hispanic siblings have been in business for 20-plus years. He did a great job on my vehicle and cut me a break when he didn't have to. He also diagnosed something that I didn't even mention, but knew was wrong, that would have been hard to figure out. Quick work, fair price. I will be going back with my vehicle when it's something that I can't do myself. Take your business here they deserve it. FYI I have a 2009 Chevy Suburban, 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SE and a 2016 BMW 528i. I continue to bring my vehicle here they're always coming to you explain to me and why he replaced the things he did and what else needs to be done.

I own a Porsche Cayman that was only serviced at a dealership which was close to where I lived. I've since moved and was looking for a local place I could feel comfortable with and Scott's definitely did that. They had great communication with me and kept me informed the whole time. They also checked to make sure other services had been done so they wouldn't charge me for things that didn't need to be done. All in all, I feel comfortable with their service and got an awesome job done. Patty and Scott were great. The other thing I liked is that they actually talked to me and had great conversations with them. This will be my place to take care of my Porsche from now on.

Scott’s import service is awesome please to service a your car or truck. I have been servicing my Audi and Mercedes for over 10 years with Scott’s. Great part is they are very just and their service is very affordable. They tell you what you need fix amidst and what needs attention in the future. They never sell you extra work or gauge you. Best part they are family owed and they are part of our Beaumont Community. I will never service a car at another place in Beaumont.

The service experience at Scott's was mixed. I called ahead on Tuesday to schedule and get a verbal quote for the battery changing and the diagnostics for the alternator and the voltage regulator. When I reached there for the service, the person at the desk did not have any information about my request or the discussion of the prev day, so start over. The expert "Scott" spoke fluent English but with a heavy Spanish accent making it difficult to understand. The main battery I provided was rejected, and they provided one (very pricey!!) and installed it along with my aux battery. The request for doing the diagnostics was not understood, and instead the prices offered to do it kept changing through out the conversation from $275 at the start to doing it for $185 by the time I checked out. (as I reflect on what he was saying, I now believe he meant to do the full suite and not just my requested ones, but the language challenges meant we were both misunderstood). I was treated well when I entered the reception area, the requested service (battery) was completed, but no formal report was provided on the alternator and voltage regulator test that I requested for. And when I was leaving, the communication was again very abrupt and I was asked to pay and asked to leave in a very dismissive manner. "Scotts" reassurance that the tires were pumped up and the check engine light was fixed, was short lived and within 10 mins of driving away those signals were back on, a clear indication that they just don't know what they were doing. By his own admission, the E400 was the first vehicle he was servicing. He should have paid me to allow him to work on my vehicle as a learning job!!

Scott’s is the best!!! I went there on Wednesday with my Audi Q5 with a coolant problem and fuel pump needing to be replaced. My car was fully diagnosed, given the cost of repair. The work on my car was started and completed by Thursday afternoon. Very pleased the staff is awesome. It is a family owned local business. They are the best!!!!
