Terrible service experience. I scheduled a 7:00 AM oil change appointment and arrived early. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that my air dam needed to be secured and even showed photos for reference. Despite having an appointment, the oil change took nearly three hours, which is unacceptable. I also found it odd that the final cost did not reflect any additional charge for securing the air dam. Before leaving, I asked the employee who processed my payment to confirm whether the air dam had been addressed, as the paracord I had used was still visible. He physically got on the ground to look under my vehicle and reassured me that the repair had been completed. Later that same day, I took my vehicle to another local shop for an alignment—where I was in and out in under an hour. (The cost was more affordable.) Their technician showed me that Volkswagen had not secured the air dam at all. So how does an appointment-based oil change take nearly three hours, include attempted upselling, and dishonesty in a repair that was never completed—while I was told it was? This experience was extremely disappointing and completely eroded my trust in the service department.

UPDATE: I was completely satisfied with my service until the business end of this deal started falling through the cracks. First, my loan paperwork was “lost in the shuffle.” Then, my registration and plate didn’t come in a timely manner. After many calls, messages, emails and an extra temporary plate, Harold FINALLY reached out to the title company while referring to me as demanding. The title company admitted that my registration was lost in the shuffle. After making them aware that I received the entire email chain, everyone at the dealership went silent. The lack of action by the title company and the dealership not only nearly caused me to not be road legal, but it’s causing me to receive communications from the bank. From 4/4/25 until 7/17/25 was more than enough time to resolve this issue. As a former car salesperson, I understand that mistakes happen, but referring to a customer as being demanding when trying to solve an issue as important as being road legal is not only insulting, but it’s very bad business. My experience was great! Jazmin made the process as simple as it could be made for me. I live 3 hours away from the dealership and they offered to have it delivered for me, but I chose to go pick it up. We ran into a hiccup with the vehicle, but they did everything they could to make it right and I left with exactly what I wanted. Whenever in the market for another vehicle, I’ll be sure to check with VW of Beaumont!

I had a fantastic experience buying my new car at Volkswagen of Beaumont! I want to give a shoutout to Nick J. who helped make my dream car purchase a reality. I knew the exact car I wanted and he made the process so smooth and stress free. I negotiated with Nick and Heath (Sales Manager) over the phone for the most part which made the buying process super convenient. I test drove the vehicle on Friday and solidified the deal that evening. We agreed to sign paperwork on Monday and the whole process lasted maybe an hour or less. I highly recommend Nick, he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of the millions of questions I had. He was honest and didn’t try to push on any add ons I didn’t need. The entire team is friendly, honest and does their best to help you get into your dream car. I’m happy as I can be with my Atlas Cross Sport. I will definitely be using them for future car purchases.

Not having the best time right now convenience wise with my amazing car that I love, a few people here were even a bit rude. Two I havent had issues with at all and they seem to always want the best for me, Katy and Lexi from service department. They've gone above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more thankful. They made sure everything was set and I am taken care of and in a timely manner. I think they both deserve to be noticed. I also love that Katy always has on super cute dangly earrings, it's a great conversation starter.

*Update - My vehicle has been fixed! I am happy with the service Orlena provided. I feel the resolution was fair to both of us. *Update - Orlena, the manager, returned my call. She explained the issues the service department has been having and how they are trying to build a great team back. She has offered to make things right. This review will be updated with the outcome. I have been dealing with the service department for several weeks. I made a three-hour round trip to take my car in for service. The door lock has been broken since I purchased the vehicle, and I also needed some damage repaired. The technician said the door lock was fixed and the part needed ordered for the repair. When I went to my car, the door lock was, in fact, not fixed, as confirmed by one of the ladies in the service department. I scheduled an appointment to return when the parts were in, and they could fix the door lock at that time. Two weeks later I made the three-hour round trip as per my scheduled appointment. I was advised the parts were not in - they were on back order. I was a little frustrated because nobody called to cancel my appointment, but I understand things can happen. I called two weeks later and spoke to a lady in the parts department, and she let me know my parts had NEVER even been ordered. This was a shock because I was told they were ordered, but on backorder. She ordered the parts and they came in a few days later. I scheduled my car for service for the door lock and the damage repairs. Drove the three-hour round trip again. The damage has been repaired (I'm assuming), but the door lock is still not fixed. Not only is it still not fixed, but now the handle on the door is sharp where I'm guessing the tool was used to pry it to get it unstuck. I have called the service department multiple times, and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I was finally able to get through twice to speak with someone and was told the manager was there and I was forwarded to the manager’s voicemail. I still have not heard back from her. I tried to call again today and could not reach anyone. The only number that answered was sales (obviously) and the person there was a little rude and not helpful in getting me someone to speak with. While I did not purchase my car from Beaumont, I would expect the level of service from people who represent a corporation like Volkswagen to be average at best.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I really like my Volkswagen, but I will never buy another because of their service department. I have been misquoted prices on repairs, I have been told they had parts when they did not, I have had horrible issues just trying to contact the service department. I really do not understand any of the positive reviews..those people cannot be going to the same place. The only reason I can even justify a one-star review is because they have a very nice coffee machine in their waiting area, and their shuttle driver is very nice.

After a 3 hour drive, Was supposed to buy a new car with 17 miles upon arrival the car had 2100 miles and was used by the GM. After much aggravation and wanting to get out and back on the road, we are starting to notice issues that show signs of significant use to the vehicle that was sold and advertised as “new”.
