Our Chrysler Pacifica was overheating and making strange noises. Baker was very quick at diagnosing the problem. Turns out the water pump went out and broke the serpentine belt. They were able to repair it quicker than they thought. Thank you Baker!! Very professional! Highly recommended!

Best service ever! Finished the vehicle a day and a half early! Great customer service and always available to answer any questions. If you want piece of mind thar your vehicle will have the best care.... GO TO Baker Auto Repair! One of the only shops around that will work on an older vehicle. I have a 1968 Ford Fairlane and they treated it like it was theirs... She runs so much better now and they fixed the brakes that someone installed wrong... Huge thank you to Tyler and Mark over there for getting me fixed up! Definitely a happy customer!

I went into the office to get a quote on a tune up due to what my vehicle was doing. The front desk explained to me I just can’t do my own diagnosis to a vehicle. They can tell me what’s wrong with my car by having a diagnostic check done for $98. I explained to the guy when I had a oil change they told me my filters may need to be cleaned that’s why it’s acting that way. I explained to Baker front desk I will pay the $98 dollars to see what’s the problem and why I have to give it gas to start it will shut off but once start it stay started. He guaranteed it will get diagnosed with the diagnostic check they do. I left the car at Baker and the worker called back in one hour. I did pass a few times by the shop and all cars that was in the stall was still there as I saw them on my first arrival. my car was moved and I saw it in the back of building. When he called he said they took one spark and moved it to the next to try to get fire one spark was dead. They need to do another 315 dollar diagnosis to check the car again. My motor is going out and I need to park the car. I told him to explain this situation to my husband when we arrive after arriving I recorded the conversation again to make sure we heard him correctly. He explained it again and we was confused at what he said it wasn’t a time on the diagnostic check before but when arrival he said we can only spend 1 hour on the $98 dollar check. If I would have known that I would have paid the 315 for the entire check. I feel I was ripped off $98. My car is running perfect it just have that stall of starting. TIMES ARE TO HARD TO GET OVER MONEY THAT WE STRUGGLE TO MAKE AND TRUST AUTO MECHANICS TO GIVE THE TRUTH OR DONT DIAGNOSE AT ALL IF THE NEXT STEP IS TO GET MORE MONEY INSTEAD IF BEING STRAIGHT FORWARD. The disappointing part is he said go park it and don’t drive it. He told me they had to put the car back together I was there in 5 minutes I’m still trying to figure out put what back together in 5 minutes I’m sure it never got checked. But I sure hope everyone else sit and wait on their cars to make sure your money is worth it. They only had one guy working and the front desk told me it will be a while before he get to my car. It was one hour I dropped off went paid insurance on 11th street he was calling me back. I’m so disappointed I had to waste my money.

Had my car brought in for warranty work. Ended up getting a new transmission and had them replace the clutch and flywheel while they had the transmission off. Once the work was complete I picked my car up. Once leaving the parking lot I got a CEL and pulled over to a gas station and put my scanner on to check what DTC’s were popping up. I called them and told them I had multiple misfires happening and he told me to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day and he said they were going to go through it making sure they didn’t miss something. They assured me the misfires were not because of the work they performed. I picked the car up and brought it home and checked spark plugs, bought new coil packs, checked fuel injectors, fuel pump, compression etc. Finally after about 8 hours spent going through everything I thought it could be, I found an article online stating after clutch work a crankshaft position sensor relearn needs to be done. I called back and asked if it had been done and he said he doubted it because he’s never heard of such thing. He said he’ll get with the tech to see if he did it and he would call me back. Needless to say, I never heard back from anyone and ended up spending more money at a different shop to have it done and it solved all 5 codes on my car when I got it back from them. I still have to fix an exhaust leak at the manifold that wasn’t there when I dropped my car off. All in all, I’m not mad, just disappointed after the thousands I spent that I felt I was doing them a disservice for bringing my car to them.

This was an excellent experience, the team went above and beyond to take care of my issues it turns out it was covered by warranty/the manufacturer, but we wouldn’t have known that if they had not done the legwork and the due diligence, I’ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past decade and a half and will continue to do so. The service is impeccable and they really know their stuff.

I would have given them a 5 star review; but they put on 4 new rotors and brake pads and the left front pads were way too tight. They hung up the second time I drove it. They got so tight they were smoking. You could not touch the wheel without burning your hand. I let it cool off for an hour. When I jacked it up you could not spin the tire by hand. I tapped on the brake caliper and finally got it loosened up enough to turn it. It was still stiff and not spinning free. I limped it back to the house using the emergency break and downshifting. The next morning I pulled the tire off and the caliper. There was too much grease on the bolts holding the caliper on. I removed the excess grease and put the caliper back on. No problems since. This should have been caught at the shop! When I called Friday afternoon to let them know what was going on, I was told "bring it in Monday and they would look at it!! I had just spent over $2000 dollars and he tells me Monday!! They should have fixed it THAT DAY!!

Brought car in to diagnose a possible electrical issue. After a couple of days they were unable to find the intermittent issue, so we picked up the vehicle and made it several blocks and the issue occurred again. We returned with the latest information and they immediately took the car back for more testing. Always have had respectable service and good communication. I have used them many times.

Has provided service to my car several times. Completed diagnostic on my car. Took 130$ from me and refused to fix what was wrong with my car. I feel as a woman I was brushed off. Customer service was dry and unhelpful. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop previously so to be turned away with no other options to complete changing the spark plugs. I won't return or recommend any one in the future.
