The owner tries to bait you into buying another part that’s higher than his coworkers recommendations I guess for warranty purposes;no problem with that. It’s better for me to go to a dealership repair shop and pay more 💰 because he tries to scam you for more money.He takes your kindness for weakness. My vehicle was there for months on end.The parts were sitting in shop until he decides to fix it.Then when he says your vehicle is ready it’s a rush for you to pay for the repairs furthermore my vehicle still had and has issues that’s wasn’t addressed.He then says oh I’m not responsible for that issue but in fact that issue was no issue for me until I brought it to your shop.When oh gee you had all this time to do it right. He would then say oh you’re still under warranty do you want to go with an even better part? I say is the current part you put in needs replacement? He says no;I’m like in my thoughts 💭 hmm so you trying to drain more money 💰 from me? They could at least be honest and say hey go somewhere else,this may take months or a year to get to or I really don’t want to deal with you or your vehicle.The fact I was recommended by someone to even go to this shop I regret that recommendation. I would rate it a “zero” “0” if possible. I could have given him more business with who I know if for better more timely service. I fear for the persons and companies I recommend to him their reaction towards me after a bad experience from his business practices.👨‍💼 Do better please 🙏 Smh😑🙈 09-17-2025 By the way I presently have a warranty period with you sir.I'll further express having more professionalism sir not texting my personal number with vail threats. What you dont like or agree with sir you you can answer me as you answer everyone here.We can talk as men and not try to categorize someone. I dont step to a low level but rise above bravely.In God I trust 🙏 don't get me twisted.Have a nice day ☀️

Artillro and family has worked and fixed several vehicles for my family, it is a family owned company which also means they treat the customers like family!!! They also give you estimates and help you with looking for parts at different locations if your parts don’t work! Oh yeah, so if ur around there after 1600/4:00 p.m. you will have the wife come in with food to die for, ijs… Smells are Free, Family Business, Family Treatment

I am from out of town. I developed a terrible vibration on my 4Runner and determined I had a bad ujoint. What is a person going to do on a Saturday in Beaumont with a broke down vehicle? If you're like me, you'd call Arthur's Auto Care. There's an O'Reilly right by his shop, in and out, I'm back on the road. Fast and friendly, I can't speak highly enough of him and his crew!!

Toyota dealership tried to up charge me on service. Dealership said they couldn’t put on new break pads without replacing both calipers. Called Arthur’s and they told me don’t pay the dealership before letting them take a look. Showed up and they easily replaced my pads. Good business and SAVED ME FROM GETTING SCAMMED. I came from out of town to attend a graduation, and my water pump went out. I called Arthur’s Auto Care, and they took care me. Mind you, they close at 6:00pm on a Friday, and didn’t get to their shop till 5:50pm. They stayed late to help fix my vehicle. I am thankful for them. Price was great, and I highly recommend them for sure. Thank you Arthur’s Auto Care for all your help!
