Extremely happy with my service rep Taylor and service at Doggett Jeep. I showed up in a panic and they took my car immediately to the back. Although my car was not cooperating and had to spend the night, they did EVERYTHING RIGHT to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was updated with issues, given quote after assessment and car was fixed right. The friendly and knowledgeable service was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Was not at all satisfied with this location. After replacing a bad battery at 10k miles on my jeep. The service department didnโt care to clean the grease off my interior seats and doors as you can see in the pics grease left behind with hands and obviously boot marks.

I went to Doggett Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation. David was the tech that greeted me for this service. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He explained other possible future needs for me to consider, including new windshield wipers. He answered any questions I had. When my vehicle was ready, I realized the tire pressure needed to be increased. David promptly got that taken care of, and I was on the road again.

Late on this review. I had my back up camera go out. Since itโs a Chrysler they were the closest option to work for me. Took a little time yet it was more than worth it. Quick for a camera repair! Any other problems I have with my car I have a place that I trust! And thatโs a huge thing in this day and age!

I am very disappointed & very unsatisfied with services. I brought my Challenger in for an oil issue, & left side window didn't want to go up. When they call theirsekves finishing my car within 3 weeks or more. They gave my car back to me with a broken latch. Which they said something wrong with it when they were repairing the window. Then call back the next next stating oh we don't have a problem with door latch. Well apparently they did. They didnt want to take accountability for breaking my left side door latch. I never had a problem with my door latch until they finish working on the issues I brought the car in for. Never again, I will use this car dealership for no repairs. Couldn't take accountability for breaking parts on folk cars. They seeking more money after they collected so much off vehicle warrenty and out of your pockets also!! Customers Beaware of Scammers!!

He replied no but discovered he could offer me a $15 saving and of course we preceded with the work ! That was very kind of him to take the time to look for me! Teroneka was fantastic! She assisted in the service of my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She contacted my warranty company, explained the circumstances of my repairs, reasoned with them, and received the necessary payment. She went above and beyond to help me. I feel that Ms. Hill treated me like a person and not just another number on the dash. She respected my time by providing current information on the status of the repairs as well as payment. She also ensured that I received a loaner vehicle. That small act alone showed me that she truly cares about her customers. She took extra steps in making sure whatever issue happened before wouldn't happen again. They went above and beyond to regain my confidence in their dealership. Ive been to Bolton and Granger and they both do good work but Doggett is my preferred dealership!

My experience with the service department at Doggett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was one of the worst Iโve ever had with and car dealer, When this location was Mike Smith, they had an excellent service department, but since Doggett has taken over beware !!! They extremely over-priced, Slow, and So Rude !! They don't give you an estimate, they pad your bill with no explanations and expect you to pay up if you want your car back. I called to make a service appointment, for my Chrysler 300, I had a leak in the cabin over the rear side window, and a headlight out, I checked the bulb myself, and it was good, so i thought it may be a bad wire again, because i had it in for previous bad wire repair. I was informed that it would take 2-3 days to even look at my car, so I asked if i could make an appointment for 2-3 days then drop it off, and I was informed that it would not matter that it would still be 2-3 days without my vehicle before they could get to it, i had no choice, so I delivered my vehicle to the service department. It was four days later, that I finally got a message from Taylor saying they needed to remove the headliner to find the water leak, I asked how much this service would be, she told me $1,200.00, and it was not covered by my extended warranty, WOW !!! i checked online, and that is more than double the estimated cost for the service, so I declined the service, and asked her to just fix the headlight, then several hours later i got another text message saying they need to replace a 20 amp fuse, to repair the headlight, and a list of other services recommended and a vehicle inspection report, but no estimate or prices for any of the recommended services, and when I asked Taylor, the service writer, how much the recommended services would cost, she was rude, and expected me to approve the work without knowing the prices, she could not be bothered to let me know the costs, so she transferred me to Robert, her manager, who gave me some pricing over the phone, but I still never received an estimate, They charged me $300 dollars to replace a 20 amp fuse, and an Additional $8 for the 20 amp fuse, which is outrageous, and then they added an extra 39โdollar shop fee for shop supplies? I don't know what shop supplies would be necessary in changing a fuse ? After I paid the bill, I called back and spoke with Robert, the service manager. I just wanted to let him know, that if you are going to charge an additional shop fee, you should inform your customers of said fees, and I was never informed, by him, or Taylor. He was so disrespectful and insisted the shop fee was on the estimate and a valid charge, even though I repeatedly tried to explain to him that I never received an estimate, he dismissed everything I said and claimed I was โjust upset because he wouldnโt agree with me.โ That was not true at all. I only wanted to make him aware that I never got an estimate, so the issue could be fixed for future customers. Instead, he told me to never come back. I paid the Bill, I never asked for a refund. I was only trying to help Robert to better care for his future customers, So no problem, Robert, I will never come back !! And based on how I was treated, I hope others think twice before going there too.

I purchased a used vehicle about 3 weeks ago. The has two issues that were notable (during daylight) from the onset, e.g. drivers side window with uncommanded cycling issues and prior ownership was a smoker. The car has been with the dealership most of the 3 weeks with no signs of progress. Upon further inspection, the vehicle doesn't have working headlights, windshield wipers does not dispense any fluid (the motor don't work). Overall, this has been the absolute worst vehicle purchase that I've done.
