Stumbled across this shop after our other shop left us hanging on the side of the road. From the initial contact all the through the end of the repair this shop has been nothing but professional, communicative and nice. Their lead mechanic Regan is a good guy, knows what he is doing and actually figures out what your truck issue is instead of just throwing parts at it and hoping it works, you need to get your truck worked on go here! Happy to say they have our business from here on out.

Great people, great mechanics. If you are looking to get any work done to your diesel truck, equipment or 18 wheeler and trailer. They can do it! They do state inspections and D.O.T inspections, they can fab and weld anything you need. They sell 18 wheeler tires, mount and install. Best of all 24hr roadside assistance! If you're down on the side of the highway They come to you and will get the job done right and get you off the side of the road. That includes mobile tire service. Hands down an amazing shop.

Love this place. Excellent service and informative on my repair needs. Turnaround time on getting my work vehicle back on the road is usually pretty fast. But I also plan to drop off when I can to prevent an extremely long downtime. Customer waiting area has been upgraded nicely, so you can cool off and relax while waiting.

If you're in the Beaumont area this is the shop to use. I'm a hotshot driver from out of town and I had a breakdown in beaumont. After calling several places and getting turned down I call 3R and get Regan who said he'd have a look. He got to me immediately and although he couldn't finish that day (it was Friday afternoon) he gave me a ride to a hotel. He came in on Saturday morning and got it finished. He even picked me up from the hotel. I was in a real bind and Regan went above and beyond to get me rolling again. Their facilities are nice, easily the nicest customer lounge I've ever seen. I can't recommend this place enough.
