Had to update my review only 9 months after this place serviced the car as Pete assured me they were installing a NEW OEM BMW battery and NEW BMW alternator in my 335i, and now only nine months later did the battery AND alternator quit COMPLETELY on this car. Attempts at jumping and charging the battery FAILED as well and I had to have it towed to Deutsland Autohaus where we discovered Bimmer Clinic did NOT put an oem bmw battery in my car, they used a regular EXCIDE battery! After further examination, diagnosis and research on the car and parts ordered to the vehicle in the area at that time, no alternators were ordered either, apparently they attempted to rebuild the alternator and charge me for a new one (when I wanted a new one not a rebuild) and just like the battery, put a cheap excide battery in there and charged me for an oem bmw battery. SMH. Given that he lied about the battery, I’m willing to bet he just did NOTHING TO the alternator and at best, unsuccessfully tried to rebuild it instead of just being honest with me. I’m very disappointed that mechanics still pull this kind of stuff. Wow did he really think I wouldn’t EVENTUALLY find out about the battery? Live and learn but I cannot recommend this shop. I did not contact them about this because if they are willing to lie about what kind of battery they give me then they likely are going to lie about what was agreed upon as well and aren’t going to stand behind their work. They won’t get the chance to touch my car again and that will be the ONLY time this place gets to rip me off.

This guy was a BMW dealers mechanic for 8 years, has been working on BMWs for 30 years. Is extremely honest, quoted me reasonably around $1500 for a repair, when the work was done he told me to just pay $1,200. He told me it was less work than he anticipated. Great guy, excellent mechanic! A valuable asset to our community!

Totally over priced for an outside BMW shop. 1300 plus for a valve cover replacement. Plus the valve cover he put on my 2014 528I did not work from the start. My car smelled like burnt oil for months. I took it back twice after and he just shrugged. I had to find another mechanic to let me know this one was plugged. BEEMER Clinic said it was Brand new from the dealer. The one I had replaced with that one was also brand new from the dealer. Overpriced and did not fix the problem and there was nothing done over the phone as posted below.. This was all done in person.
