I am new to rving and it has been a little overwhelming with all the maintenance issues that needs to be done yearly. I called sevetal rv repair places and noone was returning my phone calls until I found Bella RV Repair. Marcos returned my call right away and he gave me peace of mind. He came out a couple of days later and he inspected my rv, gave me some recommendations and took care of sealing the roof, gutters and more. He was professional, great personality and very reasonable. I highly recommend him for all your rv needs.

I had 2 issues. Touchscreen went out on radio and my main slide out would not slide out and stuck a few inches out. Figured I needed a mobile person so I found Marco at Bella RV and he had me taken care of next day. Great communication via txt on status of parts coming in, etc. Highly recommend.

(2024) This is a second review, as we are repeat customers of Marco. We had him replace the carpet in our 20 year old DP with vinyl laminate and new carpet. The attention to detail is superb. See the attached photos. Our motorhome looks like new on the inside now. We will call on him again! (2023) We contacted Marco to inquire about replacing our complete awning on our 36' Class-A DP, with a new electric self-retracting awning by Carefree of Colorado. Marco tackled the job and the end result is Excellent! He completely removed the old 19' Dometic and installed the 19' Carefree Altitude, wired it all in, made all of the necessary customizations and has us ready for camping this fall. Marco, feel free to use me as a reference and I'll be happy to personally share our experience with your service!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about Bella RV mobile tech. My RV decided to randomly die in the middle of 285 just before rush hour traffic on a Thursday afternoon. The police had a wrecker come to move me to the side of the road, which cost a lot. I had a feeling the issue was with my alternator, and after calling almost seven services total, I finally got through to Bella. They couldn't find the alternator for my RV, so they asked where my destination was which was only about 7 mi away. So they went to the store and purchased two different brand new batteries, so that if one was not enough to get me to my final destination, the other one surely would get me the rest of the way. They came out to the side of i-285 on the north side of town in rush hour, replaced my battery, and followed me to my destination to make sure I got there okay, and even came out and helped guide me to park. I have never experienced better service in my life. They came all the way from Gainesville to come rescue me and get me safely to my parents house, and I would have been lost without them. Thank you thank you THANK YOU.

Marco was excellent!! I called him to come out and install a Hot Rod electric water heater anode into my already existing propane only water heater. I live in my Rv full time and have been spending at least $100 a month on propane just for hot water. He came two days after I called. He made the extra part look factory installed. He even had to create another outlet to supply power to it. I’m so so happy with his work!! He even answered a couple of questions I had over the phone about servicing my appliances. Nobody does that, that I know of. Marco will now be the only person I will call for any of my Rv needs. Now I have electric/propane water heater!! It’s gonna save me tons in the future! He was so professional and responded quickly! Thanks so much Marco!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for fast and reliable Rv repair service!

Marco and his wife are top notch! He spent a whole day and then some fixing everything on our list from broken plumbing to washer issues and HVAC concerns. Even installed our new window while he was here. I called to schedule an appointment to get my Airstream air conditioner and a water leak serviced. They said it would be a month. Found Marco on Google and decide to call. He came out the next day. Had the AC noise fixed in 20 minutes. He also worked on the leak. He was professional, on time, and charged me fairly. On top of that Marco followed up to see how everything was going about a week after the service. Who does that these days? Marco does! I’m thoroughly satisfied with the results Bella RV provided me.

I called Marco about fixing my awning and unclogging my kitchen sink. He was willing to come out right away but I informed him that it was no rush. I was at an event and realized as I was setting up my travel trailer the frame had torn away and the suspension shackle was barely attached. Contacted Bella. Marco came onsite, spent the time needed to ensure the repair was done correctly and rewelded. Cost was very reasonable. Was on time and great to work with. Marco and his son Alex did an excellent job on my 2009 Tiffin Bus QRP. I wind damage during hurricane Helena. I had my slides in and my awnings in and somehow it got up underneath the large awning and ripped it off broke the side arms and busted the motor shaft. It flipped the awning up on the roof and popped about a 4-in hole in the fiberglass roof. It was quite a troubleshooting issue for the 12 volt awning but Marco never gave up and did a great job at repairing it and also repaired the roof properly. So I highly recommend Bella RV service for North Georgia.
