Had flat tire. Drove to the nearest Belle tires they did a thorough look. Replace the valve stem and did a nice job took about half hour 45 minutes but it was well worth it they did a great job car over the tire

Called and spoke to Steve about tire repair. I took it in and they tried selling me 4 four new tires on my fairly new Wagoneer with only 30k miles. Instead took my car to Sams club where they did the repairs free of charge because Im a member. As a business owner I understand they need to make money but cheating and lying to the client is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They will lie thru their teeth. I will most likely also file a complaint with the BBB.

First time using them and I must say the service is superb. For starters, they hold to appointment times. I was able to pull up and my work started promptly. There wasn’t any extra waiting. Additionally, the service was A1. They patched my tires and rotated my tires. I’ll definitely be returning back and using them as my primary.

My appointment for my vehicle was on October 15 at 9 am. When i arrived at the at my appointment time. I check with the representative at the front desk. He informed me that the tire I chosen on the online appointment didn’t come on the shipment on Monday. So he check others stores. No other store didn’t have my vehicle sides in stock. So he order another tires that morning and they were here in the afternoon. I appreciate all that they did for me to get my vehicle back and up on the road that day.

I started bringing my car here when I lived in the area. Now I live an hour away and even though it’s a bit further from home than my job I always come here. They do a good job of recognizing who keeps coming back and go beyond what you ask of them if you do so. These things can get expensive just like anything else with your car, at least you’re guaranteed a good customer service. I’ve never left this place and felt like they didn’t take care of everything I needed while being a cool group of guys and treating you well. Make this place your go to. They make it worth it.

Hello, Thanks for treating me with kindness and respect. It meant a lot Steve and George were quite hospitable and worked as a team throughout my experience, not only for me, but for other customers as well. Because of their willingness to lead, operations were absolutely better due to their diligence. Sort of like customer service poetry in motion. I was scheduled to receive the lowest quality tire and George convinced me to upgrade to a style of tire similar to my old ones. Additionally, I feel more comfortable driving my vehicle with how Steve walked me through the alignment results and certain points of imbalance due to my vehicles age of nearly 10 years old.
