Today my air pressure was super low on all my tires due to the weather. I called to see if someone would be able to fill my tires as I have arthritis in my hand which makes it extremely difficult for me to unscrew the valves. Dave took my call,”super polite” he told me to stop in… I did. The moment I walked through the doors, everyone was super friendly and helpful! I observed while my car was being worked on and noted that every call taken and interaction was super friendly and polite. In a day and age where customer service rarely exists, I have experienced a business that goes above and beyond!!!! Thank you for your kindness today! Liz Drew

Went to get a tpms sensor replaced on my wife’s car. Turns out I needed two. Okay cool. We had an appointment and still took 3 hours. Get the car back and the tire light is still on. Tech says drive it and it should go off… that’s not how this car resets the tire light. There is a reset button under the dash you have to push. I try that with no success. I put my scanner on the car, shows no data transmission from the two replaced tpms sensors. I take it back to let them know the light still on and the new sensors aren’t transmitting. They couldn’t give two craps about it. Wanted me to set up another appointment, the sensors were replaced two days ago. Don’t take your car here, find somewhere else. ( Also, the tech left his phone and vape in the car. Why does the tech have a vape in customer cars? )

Go somewhere else.. this place is slow slow slow.. don’t even know why they have appointment times when they don’t mean anything.. had a 12:30 appt.. showed up at 12:15.. 1:25 b4 they even moved my truck..1.5 hrs later still not done doing 4 tires.. I was here 4 years ago and they were with the program.. now it’s like they could care less if they get you in and out in a timely manner.. EDIT.. they say that they do an alignment check.. never happened.. they said to come back another time and they will.. what is wrong with this place?? its supposed to be part of the sale.. apparently it now isnt although it is advertised.. i would say that this could be considered fraud.. advertising something with absolutely no intent to provide said service.. 3.5 hrs total time there to get 4 tires..

The shop on Portage Ave is First Class. This is the last car we will own (2011 Kia) & it has to last until we are no longer able to drive. I trust Chad, David, Jeff, Kevin, Christopher, Kade and Belle Tire to help keep us on the road. They found a safety issue that the dealer missed. The cost of the repair and tires was very fair. I went down to Belle tire the other day. Tires were fine, Got the oil change, Dropped 800 and something dollars. Then they came at me and said my back breaks were bad, And that the calipers were bent, etc And it would cost me another 900 and something to have those Repaired. Took it to a different mechanic, Breaks Are fine, Calipers are fine. Guy says that there is approximately 60% life on my break still. I’m disabled and I don’t get out much. That amount of money would’ve been really hard for me to come up with, And for nothing. Do not have any work done at this place, it’s probably a lie.

So my experiences here have overall been positive however my most recent visit leaves me wondering who to trust. I had brand new brakes on the front pads and rotors. I told them the front had recently been replaced however they still recommended changing everything because of the uneven wear from back to front. As well as some hoses and stuff they threw in for no charge which was nice... but the fact that I told them the front was new should explain the uneven wear. Hoses or not. 1100$ and I probably only needed to spend half that.

I was in earlier this week for a flat tire. BEFORE, even finding the root issue, I have someone telling me I need a brand new tire. My car is NEW. I then ask him- I get the new tire and you are going to tell me I need 4 new tires. He said yeah ideally. WASTED MY TIME. Gave me a bunch of excuses. Ended up having them put my spare on. Did not even have the curtiousy to fill it up. That was dang near flat.THANKS FOR KEEPING ME AND MY 3 KIDS SAFE! I drove to elkhart to a family- friend mechanic AND the tire is repaired. Instead of trying to SCAM women, just do the right thing and fix the issues. I will never go back, AND my husband is needing new tires. They will not be getting our business. If you need tires. Do yourself a favor and drive to Discount Tire. They have always been honest.
