Lippert semi-drivers on lot that work here are dangerous! Drive at 50+ mph in the parking lot and must be underpaid because while on the clock in the company truck like to steal stale outdated donuts and bread from our dumpster!!! Come see for yourself.

Very unprofessional service . To pick up 3 baggage doors it took 2 hrs T byrkit st n mishawaka and 2 different trips to there and was left standing till they ate their lunch and then didnt pkg it right. Too much goofing around instead of taking care of business

I have a 2021 Imagine with Lippert furniture, one of the chairs massage. Heat and lights no longer work, this happen in June. Warenty ended may. Instead of sorry your are out of luck give me and idea what it could be. Yes I check the plug. Grand design is of no help. This RV had been nothing but problems.

Terrible warranties. Needed a new axle because the bearings went and chewed up the spindle. 6 year warranty on the axle. 1 year warranty on bearings. Bearings were greased and only had about 2,000 miles on them. Since the bearings caused the axle to go bad it was not covered. It will cost me around $800 for new axle and bearings to do the job myself. Lippert does not stand behind their warranties. Disappointed.

I own a newish 5th wheel. The Ground Control 3.0 had been giving issues every other time we would camp. It got to the point that our anxiety level would skyrocket as we approached the campground. Nothing worse to start a camping trip than for the leveling system to stop and have to call the Lippert Tech line for help. But the saving grace there is that the Techs at Lippert are incredible. Anyway, our campers extended warranty had just expired and the problem happened again. I really thought it may be the controller or possibly the front landing legs. Both of those are very pricey. I called a friend at my local Camping World and he put me in touch with Tara Fuchs and Scott Seggerman. These two are from the Lippert Customer Care Center. Within two weeks, they had my campers leveling system working correctly. They were quick to answer emails and phone calls and couldn't have been any more patient as we tried to work through some troubleshooting. I realize that Lippert makes just about everything on an RV and with a company this size it would be easy for them to have brushed me off. But they didn't! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Lippert sets the standard for what customer service is all about!!

I have a 2021 Crossroads Sunset Trail 291RK with the PSX1 stabilizers. I want to add Snap Pads to the feet and found out the feet are different dimensions. The 2 in the front are 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" and the 2 in the rear are 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". Due to the different sizes I would have had to order 4 individual Snap Pads as they are sold as eaches or a set of 4. With Melvin & Barbs assistance of sending me 2 replacement feet that measure 5.88" & 5.88" I can now order a set of XTRA 6 4-Pack Snap Pads. Thank you (Melvin & Barb) so much for the great customer service experience.
