The manager Nick is great. Really helped me get the best service for my Saab 93 2.0T. His guy Mike owns a different Saab and knows all sorts of details. I waited in the lobby for my repair. Everyone was nice and seemingly knew everything about all the various vehicles they serviced that morning. They even had a pleasing alternative rock (90's) stream on the sound system. Highly recommended!

This place is top tier. I got a slow leak flat tire while at work and didn’t realize until I was about to leave. Luckily someone at work was able to fill my tire enough to get to belle tire. With only 40 minutes until close, I explained the situation (didn’t have tool on me to remove the flat tire) and that I had to get my son and drive home to Ypsilanti and Nick helped get me in and got a new tire on my car when they were already swamped. I am so grateful for him and his quick solution providing for me in a somewhat terrible situation. I will be coming to this location moving forward for all my tire needs. Thanks so much to Nick and the rest of the team.

Excellent experience at Brighton Belle Tire. We had a problem with vibration with our new tires. The Bell Tire in my community couldn't fit us in for several days and we were leaving for vacation the following day . The manager at Belle Tire Brighton told me to come in first thing the next morning and he would fit me in. We were back on the road quickly and the problem was solved. I'll drive the extra distance to Brighton Bell Tire in the future.

Refused to even look at my tires, had.my car for 5 minutes instantly claimed all my problems where because of worn tires. Wouldn't do anything at all unless I bought new tires from them. Took it to a garage the next day. Yes my tires are worn but there was also a screw in the back right tire. And corrosion to clean up on my wheels. If they had just looked and found/done that i mightve bought my new tires from them but now I definitely wont.

Belle tire does not stand behind their work and how all four rims before the tire change was in immaculate condition until now. It was 2021 Chevy Silverado that never got new tires outside of the factory. If you knew me personally, I will guarantee you that you would understand how careful and diligent with my vehicles. I have decided to move my tire procurement to a different company…. It is not my job to figure out how all four rims have the same marring marks on all four rims. It can be something as simple putting them face down on the concrete or leaning them face down on a concrete wall or etc. all I know is that they are messed up after the tire change and they were perfect before. I noticed that Kipp Love has the same markings as I do and is there a repeat issue??? That’s unfortunate for you, Jenn your company cannot stand behind their work which in turn loses a lot of money from myself and it’s also unfortunate for your company to lose out my purchase of four trailer tires over the weekend. Apologies are not accepted.

I took my car to Bell Tire for a simple tire rotation, however the advisor flat-out refused to rotate my tires, and tried to pressure me into buying new ones even though I still had 12,000+ miles left on them per the manufacturer’s warranty. He literally said it “wouldn’t even be worth it.” Then came the laundry list of “needed repairs” — new tie rods, new rotors, new brake pads — totaling over $1,000. When I questioned him about the brakes, he admitted they “aren’t that bad,” but still kept them on the estimate. That’s not honest, that’s highway robbery. So I took it to a trusted local mechanic who checked everything thoroughly and confirmed that my tie rods are fine, my brakes are in great shape, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car! Except that I still needed the tire rotation so I had to take it back and waste more of my time. Every time I've taken my car in for regular maintenance they ALWAYS find something that supposedly needs to be fixed. I will never trust this place again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting Bell Tire. I also wrote an email to the store manager explaining that I would never purchase tires there again, and I received a scripted response stating "thank you for your service." He obviously didn't even read what I had written!

I had a 2 o’clock appointment for a wheel alignment. Upon entering the store at 2 PM I asked the technician if they are running on time. He looked at the bays and said “we’re in good shape.” after waiting an hour, my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. I inquired how much longer it was gonna take and was told I was next in. Another 30 minutes had gone by and my car still sits in the parking lot. After wasting over an hour and a half sitting in the shop looking at my car in the parking lot I decided to leave. I will say my experience was right next to waiting in line at the Secretary of State’s office or at the doctors office. Absolutely worthless.

Belle Tire lied to me, telling me that I needed a bolt on my rear suspension which was a part that costs $1.99 and wanted to charge me $268 . Pilgrim Auto in Plymouth correctly diagnosed it.. needed front wheel bearings. They showed them to me with obvious extreme wear but Belle tire never even mentioned that issue. Belle Tire mechanics probably get paid commission so they make things up to make money. Zero⭐s this picture below was the real issue

I visited the Belle Tire on Grand River in Brighton, MI. for tire replacements on my luxury vehicle. Unfortunately, the employees I interacted with left me feeling dismissed, unsure and resentful. Instead of making me feel like a valuable customer, the staff (Joe) quickly dismissed my questions and input, saying things to the effect of “we’re the experts, and “Ive seen this with your type of vehicle.” While I respect their expertise-that’s why I don’t change tires myself, there is a way to communicate expectations without being condescending or dismissive of the customer's actual experience with their own car. I left the store feeling frustrated and unheard. Customer service is just as important as technical skill, and in this case, the service was severely lacking. Picture includes error notification on my car AFTER Belle Tire replaced all 4 tires at 34,000 miles because the “experts” scared me and made me feel dumb for not considering replacing all 4 when I initially came in to repair a slow leak on 1 tire. When I got in my car I noticed the error message (pictured), and went back into Belle Tire with concerns of the error notification. They immediately dismissed my concern over the issue, and PROMISED me it would “reset on its own in a few miles.” I’ve now driven 58 miles, turned my car off and on several times, still receiving error message. Since I had already paid, they wouldn’t even take the time to look at the error message. Felt like they didn’t care about my safety on the road. I’ll be taking my business to the experts someplace else from now on.

I can’t say the same about the dealership where I bought the tires. It may be a 15 minute job, but it saved my day, that’s for sure. Good people work here.

First time I took My 2014 Dodge charger for the oil sensor. I was told it was repaired, charged $180.00 as soon as I drove off from the parking lot. The sensor came back on. I took it back for a second time And I was told it was repaired again and I was charged an additional $90. I finally took it in for the third time which it was finally fixed after the third time, poor service and poor workmanship. I was very dissatisfied with the service and disappointed in their customer service. Another incident I took my vehicle in on December 13, 2025 for a complete oil change on my 2014 Dodge charger (Hemi engine). After getting my car back a couple days later, I got a phone call from Joe telling me they had forgotten to put my front splashguard on my vehicle, but it was OK to drive it like that. So now I’m totally inconvenience in returning the car for the second time which I did on December 20 and when I spoke with Zack, they cannot find the bolts or the splash guard because the guy had locked them up in a drawer, and this person was unable to be reached. Upon leaving my windshield wiper fluid was empty because the indicator light came on. Also, my front left tire was only at 24 psi so apparently whoever worked on my car forgot a number of items. For the third time on December 30 I took my car back to get the bolts put on the front splash guard asked for the oil to be checked. Ask for the tire pressure to be checked and the fluids. When I received my car back after the third time all for the tire pressure indicated a different number. One was 31 was 31. One was 32 and another one was at 30. Therefore, their service here is very unsatisfactory and workmanship too. The service here was a total inconvenience and three times once again for an oil change. Also, they just apologized like it was no big deal. However, it was my time, gas and money. I don’t live in the area, so it was a VERY BIG INCONVENIENCE FOR POOR WORKMANSHIP AND POOR SERVICE!

I was in town visiting and stopped by Belle Tire during one of their busiest weeks of the year. Even with the Black Friday rush, Joe Fick made the time to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation, and scheduled an alignment for the following morning. With a 700-mile drive back home ahead of me, I didn’t want to take any chances on delaying the maintenance. Joe understood the situation and handled everything efficiently and professionally. I appreciate the clear communication and the effort he put into making sure my vehicle was ready for the trip. Solid customer service and a job well done. On 1/17/26, I called this location for a emergency tire repair. I spoke to Bob, and he said come on in, and they can take a look at it. I arrived, and was told it might be a bit if a wait, which I had no issue with. After the inspection, repair etc., I was given a invoice for NO CHARGE. I am VERY grateful for Bob & his crew.
