Here’s a possible draft for your review: I had a 2:00 appointment, but when I arrived, I was told there was only one mechanic available and they weren’t sure if they could see me. If you don’t have the time to honor an appointment, why not cancel ahead of time so I don’t waste 20 minutes driving there? After speaking to the mechanic, I was told they could look at my car in an hour but wouldn’t be able to fix the brakes today. Again, why not call me beforehand to inform me of this? Why would I wait an hour just to hear something I already know—that I need new brakes? The lack of communication and consideration for my time was incredibly frustrating. Horrible service!

Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment online for a repair had s nail in my tire got a phone call the next day that they cant do it have no one there to repair a tire. Said that he can set me up a appointment for tbe 18th witch is 2 weeks away. At that point i would need a new tire. Dont offer shit you cant live up to. Considering i spend almost 1,200 for 4 new tires there and they cant repair one is crazy.

Avoid this shop at all times . They try to push me in to $950 repair stating that my van is not safe to drive until repaired. And I stoped for nail in my tire . I double chek with other mechanic. No repair needed . They just want to rip you off as soon as you enter try that doors.

Went into Belle tire with the new rebuilt rack and pinion for alignment check. After driving it over a week. No oil leaks Belle tire took it in for 10 minutes told me I had a blown seal. They gave me back the car to the same parking spot they picked it up that was dry before and new oil spots were being made. The oil reservoir was empty and the power steering no longer aided. Drove it in working drove it out broken. They told me to seal is blown. But the seal was not blown it had a drill hole in it. Perfectly round. Direct line to the outside. Does not even leak down the accordion boot it comes right out at the accordion clamp ring.

Liars. Take advantage of you. Tell you they can’t do service unless you pay $1700 of repairs that you don’t need. Then when you return for an alignment you already pay for they change the numbers and say “you don’t need it.” My steering wheel is not centered… I definitely need it. Multiple dishonest services. Multiple.

Update: Would have been nice to know I needed to schedule an appointment when I called the day before to get an oil change AND tire rotation. When I called I was told I could walk in, and the clerk even repeated my service request. When I walked in, I was told I needed an appointment and it would be a several hour wait. 🤬. Also, I really don’t enjoy listening to clerks bad mouth other customers or potential customers while I wait for my service to be completed. Many unprofessional experiences at the Brighton Belle Tire Previous Update... Called ahead to see if they had a specific tire in shop, attendant said they did and could fit me in to replace my pothole destroyed tire. Got there and was told they would needed to order it and could get it installed the next day. Waste of time, gas and energy. On another visit, I called ahead to schedule an APPOINTMENT. When I walked in, one attendant looked directly at me, no greeting, and went right back to looking at the computer. The attendant that handled my business was decent but not really a "people" person. Moving on to the service.... As mentioned, I scheduled an appointment. They finally put my car on the rack ONE HOUR later. I get that "things" happen, but it was not explained to me that they were running behind/delayed, KNOWING I was waiting. It was a time sensitive day for me and I could have made other arrangements. I only suggest that your clerks stop engaging in personal phone time and personal conversations so they may interact with waiting customers.

I arrived at 10:20 am with a tire repair. I checked in . I was not told how long it would take. I waited until 12:20. The TV that has updates said promised by 11:35 am I asked how much longer they said 2 hours. I wish they would had set the expectation when I checked in . I had a appointment and could not wait any longer. The employee said they could put more air in my tire. Instead of putting more air, he let air out down to 25 from 34 in my SUV. He said it would reset , and told me I needed new tires. Lol. I told him it’s a léase and I’m turning it in next month. I drove down the street to a gas Station and put more air. I drove all the way down to ARANDAS tire in Southwest Detroit with no problems. I waited 20 mins and paíd $15.00 for a patch.
