I bought a Ford F-150 platinum on 6/27/23 from Bellingham Ford. While under warranty, it has been in the shop multiple times for a variety of problems, and they have not been able to fix them. I have been told that the problems are due to software issues, but after they replaced a part and updated the software, the truck still has problems, and some other issues occurred. In the meantime, my warranty has expired, and Ford customer service will not extend my warranty. The dealer said they would take care of the labor cost, but if it the truck needs any parts, I will be responsible for them. Even if the dealer fixes the problems today, some of the issues occur over time, and it looks like I will be stuck with the cost for a Ford that may be a lemon. Update I contacted the corporate office, and under Washington's lemon law, they gave me a full refund, including the cost of the canopy and the other add-ons . They were helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I bought a new Toyota 4Runner with the money I would give the corporate office 4 stars.

The car pick up in Birch Bay for service was great! However, you have stopped doing that which is why I am not happy. Please let me know if you decide to offer the service again, otherwise, not sure when my car be in again for service.

I wouldn’t go to this dealer for break fix. I ended up paying more than $1500 for parts and labor to troubleshoot the lose/disabled connection. The technician ordered part that was not needed at all and costed me above $1500 for part and labor. Even after spending this much, the car kept failing. The only positive side is, I didn’t get another bill when I brought the car back for the same issue after a week. The dealer provides warranty for the work they did. But, l lost confidence with their technician. The service manager,Cody, was helpful though. He provided me on time updates on the issue investigation and troubleshooting.

Didn't put the skid plate back on my truck. I drove around all day with it dragging. Granted they replaced it..almost a month later. And gave me a couple of free oil changes. Tire sensor went out. They wanted to charge me almost twice as much as a different place. Mediocre at best. Edit: This appointment went much better. The young lady who works in the Service Department was friendly and knowledgeable. No issues.

Work took longer than described. No explanations when I returned for the vehicle. Rear axles replaced because of broken bolts. I was not reassured that new axles have better bolts that won’t break. Vehicle not washed. I was given a coupon to have it done myself. No explanations provided for any of the four recall items. This is the fifth recall on a two year old $76,000 truck.

I had my car fully detailed at Bellingham Ford. They did a wonderful job. I keep finding surprise areas throughout my car that I didn't think they'd even touch, like under the hood! Highly recommend. The only thing I'd change was getting to pick my own scent for afterward, but they did warn me that theirs was strong. I just took it out. It's beautiful!

Went to have a warranty repair done and was able to schedule a full service oil change the day before to make it work on one trip though repair was delayed they still accommodated for the full service and had me back on the road in no time they were very conscience to my timeline and situation I felt they all put in much effort to accommodate my needs and I was very grateful I would recommend Bellingham ford service and bodyshop to anyone they excel in customer service!
