This was our first experience having work on our RV done at Al's. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - especially Jen! Our upgrades took a bit longer than expected due to a shipment delay on some parts (not the fault of the staff here) but they went above and beyond in keeping us informed and gave a great walk-through on the work done.

I have been dealing with Nicholle by phone with 2 problems. She has worked with me by helping identify, isolate and troubleshoot these issues in a very patient, professional and knowledgeable fashion, even to the point of ordering required parts in advance of my scheduled appointment to save time. I am confident that when the required maintenance is done, she will insure that I am kept advised of the progress and that the job is properly done. She is truly focused on outstanding customer support and I appreciate that very much.

Had them order parts. They helped me make sure that the part would work and got it in a timely manner. All the employees were very helpful as well when we showed up to pick up the part. They also have a good price for propane, three gallon minimum

I came to Al's for some repairs on our Winnebago Micro Minnie slide-out and some regular maintenance. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and provided some quality customer service. They took care of us and while I was waiting I noticed how they cared for others as well. This is the best RV shop in Northwest Washington. You will not be disappointed by this team! Thank you Jen and Justin! I will be back. 😃

Al’s did a terrific job for us. They are busy and we understand why. Once we dropped our travel trailer off our job was well done and quickly. Paul did an excellent job on re- caulking our trailer. A huge job and we were thrilled with the results. Jennifer ordered all the correct parts we requested and kept us informed. Picked the camper up from Justin who answered any questions we had regarding the work performed. All in all very nice people to work with and they did a super job for us!

Al’s RV has provided us consistent great service. I can’t think of anyone else we would take the Mothership (our motorhome) for service. Their communication and follow up is amazing (Thank you Jennifer!). Our most recent work has been the upgrade on the suspension and steering stabilization. It’s been phenomenal improvements. (Thank you Justin!) I trust the shop and its crew completely. Highly recommended!

Part department was great! I purchased a toilet flush valve but they wouldn’t take the time to assist me when I ran into a problem. The YouTube videos I reviewed and instructions to assembly were not specific enough and all I needed was a little guidance but no dice at this place. Left me high and dry. No good customer service in that area. Too bad, I only needed five or ten minutes but no dice.

Got a " new thermostat" from them Paid 50 more than Amazon. Got it home instantly was faulty, Jennifer said oh so sorry bring it back and we will refund you. Bring it back basically accused of lieing even though it tested bad with them and then told we don't do returns so we can't Refund you. Treated my wife like idiot, super rude customer service.

If you need any help with your RV go immediately to Al's RV in Bellingham on Iron Gate Rd. Whether you talk to them on the phone or go in there, they are the friendliest. nicest, most helpful people. They will show you what to do & how to do it & will go out of their way to help you. Jenn & Justin were wonderful & a couple of other guys whose names I don't know that helped me when I went in the store were just as nice & helpful. They showed us the parts we needed & what to do with them. I had water pouring into my RV basement & we went home & thought we had it fixed but it started coming out somewhere else. I called back in & Jenn got Justin to help me. He had me send pix to him & then stayed on the phone with me & talked me through how to fix my problem. I can't thank them enough for how kind & helpful they were to me & stayed with me til the problem was solved. If you have any RV problems don't hesitate to go see the great team at Al's RV. The front desk guy seems super sales-focused/profit-motivated, and NOT focused on helping people, complete with fake laughs, congenial cheesey jokes, and no real heartfelt service feel.

We appreciate the staff at Al's so much. We bought a used 2017 TT that need some work, they gave us a detailed estimate, and we fixed what was within our budget. I have also brought in our TT on the way out of town to help with my WDH, it was unscheduled work and the team came out and made it work, even though I knew I was most likely holding them back from scheduled work. Great staff, easy to talk with and they always give great insight and advice to us newbie travel trailer owners. Thank you all very much Tammy and Dora!

Al's allowed us to come in on a day they do not take in new repair orders. We needed help with a broken 7 pin which would have been bad to drive another 1000 miles to home without brakes or lights on our travel trailer. They knew it is unlikely we will ever be a repeat customer because we live too far away yet they took great care of us. I had called a number of other places in the area and found no one willing to make us safe for the final leg of our trip. Thanks so much to the team at Al's, our repair guy plus Tom and Jen!

Als RV helped us with procuring a water heater for our trailer as well as some water fittings for the toilet because they broke during the last freeze. The two people we talked with here were very helpful and they answered all of our questions. Because they were booked out for about a month they couldn't handle the work for our RV prior to our vacation. They were able to sell us the parts that we needed with all of the extra materials that they knew would be necessary and it made our repairs a breeze. We would have had them to the work for us if they had time but they still enabled us to go on our camping trip with the functioning RV. We will definitely come here again for any needs and recommend them to everyone who needs their RV work done. I recommend that you contact them early and get in line for any work you might want done in the offseason. Another good thing is that they have a massive stock of parts and compared to other RV places we checked out they had the proper water pumps in stock and many other things that were an exact fit and so you have a good chance of getting what you need and not having to wait for parts to be ordered and shipped in.

We purchased a Leisure Travel Vans Unity murphy bed model in Seattle. We were looking for a place in Bellingham to have it serviced as we are maintenance intensive. Additionally, my wife neither enjoys traveling to Seattle or the traffic there. Our murphy bed electric lift was making an unusual noise when retracted or extended so we had Al’s look at it. They said that we needed to replace the bed lift, so we did. On the first journey after having it replaced the electric bed lift failed after being used three times. The lift gears were damaged and the bed was unlevel and would not retract. So our vacation abruptly ended as we had no place to sleep. It is worth noting that the murphy bed lift had worked for nine years prior to being repaired at Al’s. I did a little research on the internet and discovered that the bed lift was a known issue. We told Al’s that we wanted to have the bed lift converted to manual operation. What Al’s said they were willing to do was to warranty the electric bed lift (which took months to get the parts for) with the bed lift manufacturer and do the same repair again. What we really wanted was a solution that would make it less likely that we would have to cancel a vacation and be down for another year. As waiting several more months for a job that was not recommended and could fail again after three times was not enticing, we declined. Additionally, the RV was at Al’s for a water heater replacement that required paint to match the coach. Al’s had mangled the base plate when they removed it. The explanation was that the manufacturer had used too much adhesive. So we had to have the service panel painted. The paint job took over a month. So summer and fall are now gone. We had to cancel all reservations for 2021. The year was a write off. When we went to pick up the RV, the coach was disassembled inside with the murphy bed wall unattached and lying on its side. The interior was a complete wreck. The only work that Al’s was doing was on the exterior. We requested that Al’s not work on the bed lift. The load they left lying around inside shifted on the way to the storage facility with a crash. The paint was bubbled, they gouged the side, the stripes did not match. After sitting in Al’s storage lot for over a month the Unity was covered with blobs of sap from the trees over the lot. We had to use solvent to remove the sap. They forgot to turn the master power switch off, which caused the coach batteries to completely discharge. We found battery acid spilled on the body above the coach entry steps, and on the steps. It was the repair job from hell. We sued Al’s in small claims court for the botched bed lift installation and the paint job. The bed lift installation was around $2200 and the paint job was around $400.We were awarded a judgment for the faulty paint job, and Al’s had to reimburse us for the filing fee. After our small claims court session, the owner expressed to me the sentiment that “You would have done better in mediation”. He didn't get it. It was not about the money. It was about doing the right thing. We hope that others do not find themselves in an Al’s situation. Beware of the repair order that Al’s will ask you to initial. It says that you have a ninety day warranty. We do not live in our RV and it does sit in storage for longer than ninety days at a time. So the warranty may be useless by the time you are able to use your RV. We bought the Unity from Johnson RV in Seattle. When we notified them of the bed lift issue at Al’s more than two years after we purchased the Unity they reimbursed us for $2200. They did not have to do this. Johnson charged it to “customer satisfaction”. Even though they are in Seattle, we will go there for service. They service other manufacturers. They are honest, professional, and prompt if not local. It is well worth the effort to get there.

My husband and I wanted to send a shout out to Al’s RV for the wonderful care that they took in getting our coach fixed after a severe tire blowout. Our coach sustained damage to our storage door, as well as the storage box and the propane tank and the door for the propane tank amongst other unseen damages and Al’s worked with us to get it fixed as quickly as possible and then they sent it out to a Company that did an awesome paint job done by hand on the 4 individual colors on our Coach. We worked mostly with Tom at Al’s RV but everyone working there was very professional and worked with us all the way. We highly recommend Al’s RV for anyone looking to get the best care for their RV’s.

I had my 40’ toy hauler side swiped last Labor Day weekend. The whole side of the RV was smashed along with the front sub frame. Al’s RV took my RV and dealt with the insurance company and ordered all of the new body parts and fixed it up like nothing had happened, (actually better than off the lot brand new). I would recommend Al’s RV in heart beat, very impressed
