Part department was great! I purchased a toilet flush valve but they wouldn’t take the time to assist me when I ran into a problem. The YouTube videos I reviewed and instructions to assembly were not specific enough and all I needed was a little guidance but no dice at this place. Left me high and dry. No good customer service in that area. Too bad, I only needed five or ten minutes but no dice.
