I was recommended to see Dustin at Sound Truck & Auto Repair by Brad at Barrett Transmission (the best trans shop around) because our RV was too long to fit on their hoist and it was time for a transmission service. While it was there we had them check out a few other problems and fix them too. I wish I had heard about them before I took it to another place and spent way more than I should have. When it was finished, my wife Andrea, dropped me off and she was surprised to see Dustin. Their families were friends for decades and they had a chance to catch up a little. If you need any work on almost anything then we recommend Sound!

my truck wasnt starting in the driveway, have it towed here. wait like 5 days before contacting. im told were pulling your truck in this morning. the next night when they actually look at my truck, its magically started. bummer for me ok. 309 dollars to pick it up for what? it took more than an hour to turn key and start my truck? absolutely not. if i actually needed work done and these guys are writing the bill, id go elsewhere.

At first I thought they were good. But after they attempted to repair my 2013 Duramax three times and never gave me estimates after repeated requests and never gave me a copy of any paperwork I signed . Both are breaking consumer protection laws. Dustin texted me that "you are just mad at us because I have a old truck and it needs lots of repairs" The truck has 80,000 miles and is in good shape. Dustin also admitted that they don't have a Duramax expert. They just bumble the way and install parts not necessary without quotes. If you do business with them don't leave without a firm quote. Summary: I don't trust them and I will not do any business with them. PS one of their technique is to say "I don't know what it will cost until I hook it up to the computer." If you get that statement from them turn around and walk away. Truly factual Craig Henderson PS PS and they never fixed the problem. I then took my truck to rugged diesel and they fixed it on the first visit!
