Mt Baker Auto Glass really helped me out this past week when my drivers side window was shattered. I scheduled for a next day appointment, and was in and out in an hour. They even helped me out when my insurance provider was being a pain. Highly recommend.

Repair lasted less than a year. They now say they have to replace the whole windshield. Go somewhere else where they know what they're doing, this place is unskilled and unknowledgeable.

I cannot speak more highly of the work they do and the customer service. I got my window smashed and didn't have time to clean up the glass (it was everywhere in my car) and they cleaned it all up without me asking or saying anything...also doing an amazing job on the window. They are so nice inside, asking if you need water while you wait...its the little things in the company that really earn my support and I am really appreciative of them!!!

Awhile ago a friend and I were driving to Seattle and back, and all of a sudden an object struck my truck's windshield very loudly, and with a high level of force. I read on Facebook that someone recommended Mt. Baker Auto Glass as the best place to fix chips in auto glass, and also said they had the best pricing. Marc did a great job patching up chips in my truck's windshield, and really helped me out! He also gave me his business card, which includes stickers to put over chips to seal out moisture, until the chips can be properly repaired. 5 Stars for sure! I'd definitely recommend Britney and Marc at Mt. Baker Auto Glass!

Update Oct 2021: I had a chip on my windshield while driving on the highway, thanks to the amazing service I decided to drive from Seattle to Bellingham to get it repair. I got the same great quality service and Profesional service I did the first time. Thanks a lot, I presume some of those smalls chips on the windshield will happen soon ( I go to the mountains very often) so I know where to come back to get my windshield fixed or replace. Totally worth the drive. Thanks.

They were extremely prompt and effective in replacing a windshield with a crack. Marc went out of his way to be helpful, accepting payment directly from the company whose truck caused the damage to my windshield. Since I had no way to get home while the repair was taking place and did not want to spend six hours at the MBAG office, Marc was kind enough to drive me home to wait and then to come pick me up. I can't say enough good thinks about their helpfulness and professionalism. They even ensured that the car was returned to me in time for me to make an important zoom meeting. Great value, highly expert service!
