Very good job on my 2009 Honda Odyssey that has never had a complete cleaning and interior shampooing in its lifetime. It wasn't cheap, but I am very happy with the complete job that these workers did on my car. Kudos to Michael, a very informative and friendly assistant manager.

I had my car washed a couple days ago, but didn't have the added time for detailing. So I went in today( Saturday August 7th) with our 2019 Jaguar for detailing. The staff had to look over the car and see that it did not need a wash and the tires still had the special coating on they did from the wash two days ago. So they said Yes, you can just have the detailing without the wash. Our beautiful car came out with significant scratches. The management team were horrible claiming the car came in with the scratches... even thought the team looked over the car first and noticed the car's perfect condition. BAD BAD BUSINESS AND WE PAY HIGHLY FOR THE SERVICES. Here are the pics showing before I went into Belmont Car Wash and the pics from leaving... this happened today Saturday August 7, 2021 The female manager ( who drove my car) just directed me to get my insurance to pay for it or call the police if I wanted to report it. The male manager told me we that if the police were present we could watch the camera footage to see what happened. So I had the Belmont police come ( which I feel horrible to call over a silly issue as such a waste of police time) but with the officer present the two managers changed their story to say they were not authorized because they were not the head manager. Their weak excuse was I had the car washed a couple days prior here but not today so they won't accept accountability. They told me to talk to Otto the head manager....however they told me Otto rarely comes in. The police had Belmont Car Wash take my info but the female manager told me its really not their problem. She was so dismissive to me and the officer. The male manager couldn't even make eye contact because I think he felt bad knowing it was their mistake but he couldn't admit it.

Spent over $100 on a car wash and vacuum only to be given an attitude before even speaking. I was aggressively asked if I left my keys in the car before I can step out of the car, and an employee thought I didn’t hear a less than pleasant comment they made when I inquired (very politely) how long it would take. DO BETTER!

Here's how the $27 Belmont wash looks. The marks easily come off when I use my finger, but they remain after their special cleaning with a hand towel dry. Lol!

Chose their Super Shine package today. I also second other comments about the rude attendant. They charge a premium for what is just a regular touchless car wash. Nothing special. My front hopd still came out with some spots. This was my first time, and last time. Not recommended.

Paid 300 bucks for a bad detail. They left my front grill dirty, smears from using dirty towels on my windshield and windows. They left wax on the car. Didn’t clean any of the badges for the car. All the leather had splotchy bad smelling shine (maybe conditioner?). Still have Sand in my trunk. Honestly wasn’t a great experience. Definitely not worth 300 bucks.

Extremely bad experience. Went through an exterior car wash and came out with my car not washed properly and with tree stains. There was a middle aged man there (maybe he’s the owner or the manager) who came up to me and said I needed a wax job for the car to make it go, he totally lied, and was unwilling to even give me scrub to wipe it off. Really rude - will never go back there again.

This is a busy car wash and very noticeable on the main road. I decided to get the Belmont, which is the ultimate exterior wash for my caravan. I was interested in the detailed interior that Belmont car wash was advertising so I requested the super interior. A total of 64 dollars was asked for this service. Once the car went through the conveyor, I was guided to park my vehicle at a particular spot and was escorted to the waiting area. The waiting room is cozy with TV’s, WiFi, kids section that has a squirt gun to shoot vehicles as they pass the wash, coffee, bottled water and microwave. The biggest plus was the bathrooms were clean! Unfortunately there is no indication of when your car would be ready so you base assumption that your vehicle is almost done on the last person in that waiting room was called out. Once I was called out after 30 minutes to my vehicle I given an opportunity to inspect the vehicle and give the service person an expected tip. The job that was done can be said to be worth 40 dollars. Little crumbs and spots that were missed probably due to going so fast but not so bad to call them out. It’s not amazing but reasonably fair. I would come back again for another wash and interior if I have 75 dollars to spend.

Paid $180 for hand wax/buff and interior clean. They had my car all day. Clearly they did not do the hand wax and buff. Explained and showed the manager the evidence. He asked me to produce the receipt (I showed my Amex charge as they took the receipt when they did the interior. The manager couldn’t explain why there wasn’t any trace hand wax or wax a resulting shine. Have had a good experience in the past. Will find a new place.

I paid $100 and I didn't get an external and interior cleaning. A car still has yellow stains in the front door, in the ceiling, in the back and at the right door. I paid an amount and I talked to them, but unfortunately he told me that this car is a dye to come out and it's a new car. They really don't deserve to try again. I came home and I cleaned it again with a little spray and wet wipes and took 5 minutes with me. I don't like this place again.

Purchased their top package at $280 and would have expected the result to be somewhat premium, or at least fully complete. The car is covered in spots and bug stains, interior work was okish though still not fully clean, wheels look nice. Wouldn't return however and regret tipping the staff.

I previously had good experiences, but my last visit for an interior clean resulted in my driver-side car mat being misplaced, lost, or other. I dropped the car off with all mats, and at pick up there was one missing. The manager tried gaslighting me that I never had one, and never extensively searched or looked at where they cleaned, the bins, or offered any compensation. Poor customer service, I will not be returning for any service.

Final Update: I received a check with my refunded payment, but this company also sent me a correspondence letter where they accused me of lying about my location. If they had been observant, they would have noticed my New York plates. I split my living between Chestnut Hill and Central NY, though not any of their business, so driving to them was never a feasible option—especially after their poor service and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, I had informed them that I was injured and unable to drive. This level of incompetence and audacity is shocking. Sending such a letter only highlights how poorly this company operates. As a paying customer who was charged $300, I should not have to return even once, let alone deal with repeated issues. Their detailing work was abysmal: • They left my phone charger on top of my car, which I didn’t notice until I was a mile away. • They told me to clean the trash out of my car, which was part of the service I paid for, and then dumped bagged trash in my damp trunk. • They missed numerous areas despite charging a premium price. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude, the staff disrespectful, and they even spoke negatively about my car in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. If you find their work subpar, I highly recommend filing a BBB report AND review demanding your money back. Their poor service, disrespect, and lack of accountability ensure I will never return. I also sent a follow-up email and, unsurprisingly, received no response.

I left with micro-scratches on my rear window after paying $120 for a wash here. What should have been a simple clean turned into permanent damage. At first, I was impressed — the place looked organized, seemed popular, and even came recommended. But discovering the scratches was extremely upsetting and completely ruined the experience for me.

Honest review. Less than 1 star if possible. I've attached images of what they consider clean and you be the judge. They offered a package called 'Superior Interior Cleaning ' for $59.99. But since I had a mid-size SUV, and wanted an exterior wash, it cost me $80. Looking at the set up I thought they would do a good job but I was very wrong. After waiting for almost an hour (even though it said only 20min) I got my car. My dash cam was knocked off, and my interiors didn't look clean except for the carpets. There was also some stain on the back seat. I asked the guy, he started debating that I didn't pay for it and they only did the carpets in all that time. I showed him how on his brochure it says 'thorough cleaning of all interior areas.' but he still didn't budge. Then he said he will clean the back seat mark as a favor making me feel like I couldn't read. Why would I pay $80 for my mats? I could have bought new mats for the price. I feel it's all a push to opt for their 'Delux and Big Show's packages that cost $250-$500. I did not find it worth the time and money and don't recommend anyone to go there. Don't get fooled by their set up. I wish I could get a refund.

Honest review. If I could, I would give this place less than two stars. I’ve attached images of what they consider “clean” — you can judge for yourself. They offered a package called Superior Interior Cleaning for $59.99, and since I have a small coupe, I expected a thorough job. I was very wrong. After just 20 minutes, my car was returned with the dash cam knocked off and interiors still dirty — only the carpets looked touched. There was even a stain left on the back seat. This was not a thorough cleaning of all interior areas, despite my complaint, nothing was resolved. It was not worth the time or money. I do not recommend anyone go there. Don’t be fooled by their setup. I wish I could get a refund.

Decent car wash and interior clean, but the smell left after was very musty/unpleasant… as if older rags were used. Unfortunately the smell is not dissipating. I’m sure it will eventually go away, but I don't think I’ll return. I paid $110 for car wash plus interior detail (no shampooing). Plus tip.
