It was very easy to get an appointment even though it took a week for the date to come, once I brought my car to the shop it didn't take all day to get a phone call with the diagnostic and price I had to pay for the service. Once I approve it, my car was ready within 2 hours. In total, my car was ready before they were closed. I am writing a review almost two weeks later because I wanted to make sure that my car was really working good and so far so good, I am content with the service. After a week of the appointment, I got a text from them asking if everything was ok and if I was satisfied with the car' service I think Nick will be my mechanic from now on.

Nick and his team are godsends. In a world of untrustworthy “experts” that promise the world and then go vague about the actual things they’re charging you for, Nick is a breath of fresh air, not trying to upcharge and tell tales of doom like other places I’ve dealt with, but honest, insightful and easy to talk to about your vehicle issues. I had two issues that needed repair on my vehicle and another shop that I talked to wanted thousands and told me I needed major work. Nick was able to look and the core issue, cut out the fluff I was told was necessary by the other guy and fix the problems in an economical and practical way. I’ve always wanted to be able to say I have “my guy” that I can bring my vehicles to and now I know I do. A+++

I was referred to Central Automotive by a friend, and I’m incredibly thankful. My 2017 CRV blower motor is now operating smoothly and quietly, the master switch in the driver side door now locks and unlocks every door correctly, and raises and lowers all windows correctly.
