★☆☆☆☆ My car was towed to Polestar Boston. I received a call to let me know it had been received. I then called every day for a week to get an update. It wasn't until I threatened to escalate to the BBB/AG that I got a call back with status update. Further, there was an issue with the brakes when attempted to pick up the car. They tried to push service off to another day - had to refuse to leave in order to be seen. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life.
