I got my muffler fixed here and the service was fine. The girl working inside was fairy rude not to me directly but to the other customers. So ask for Alex when you come he will help you, try to arrange a ride to go and come back regarding your car’s service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The company was supposed to come and pick up my Toyota Corolla for scrap and they canceled the first appointment and said they would come the next day and I could pick the time. I asked if they could come late morning and they said no problem. I got a notice. They would be coming between 11 and three and at 2:48. I called the Office. The receptionist was incredibly rude and I told her that no one had called me and no one was letting me know what was going on. She said “well your pick up time is between 11 o’clock and 3 o’clock”, so I said “so they will be here in the next 11 minutes?” and she said “No that’s not what I said”. I started telling her that they had canceled on me the day before and she cut me off asking me to hold on and then the driver texted me and said they would be there within the next hour. I ended up having to miss work because of this. I should have been one of the first ones on the schedule since they canceled on me yesterday. I found them through an Application called Peddle. They know nothing about customer service or being on time. They don’t have a problem inconveniencing any of their customers. I would definitely recommend not using them and finding someone else

A black guy who looks like a thug tried to tow my car in grove hall. He followed me into the grove hall parking plaza and illegally tried to tow my car and was not listening to me. I got in my car and he lifted up the car with me in it and said “I’m going to take you for a ride” I said I’d call the police and I was running late to go somewhere. I was forced to pay him cash to let my car go as it was raining . The security guys in the Mecca tried to help but said that towing company does this all the time and it isn’t right. I got no receipt and had to get help to get down from my car and get cash to give the guy. They are unjust and wicked

⭐️ Bad Review – Metro Towing Very bad and stressful experience with Metro Towing. My car was towed because I was parked in a no-parking area that day. I understand the ticket and the tow — that part is not the issue. The real problem started when I went to look for my car. I checked the system and my car was not there. No record. No information. I honestly thought my car was stolen. I spent hours stressed, confused, and worried, not knowing where my vehicle was. What makes this even worse is that Metro Towing did NOT notify the police that they had my car until about 95 days later. For more than three months, my car was in their lot without being properly reported, which caused serious confusion, fear, and wasted time. When I finally found out that Metro Towing had my car and went there, the experience was terrible. They told me I had to pay around $3,500 to get my car back. The staff were rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. No one clearly explained: • why the amount was so high • how it was calculated • what the exact process was Every time I asked questions, I received cold answers and attitude instead of help. This situation was already very stressful, and instead of acting professionally, they made it much worse. ❌ No clear information ❌ 95 days without notifying the police ❌ Very bad customer service ❌ Extremely high fees ❌ No transparency I do not recommend Metro Towing. If your car ends up there, be ready for stress, confusion, and a very unpleasant experience.

I set up my Peddle car sale with Metro. While at first there were some glitches in scheduling, Nicole made up for it in customer service. She handled my issue with a good sense of humor and went out of her way to help me gets things back on track! Phew. She deserves a lot of credit for her efforts. 👏 Also, the town truck driver (Kevin) was punctual, friendly and courteous. He really made the process easy and with a great attitude as well. Kudos to him for a job well done! I would definitely hire Metro Towing for any future needs and highly recommend them for any towing service. Thank you, Nicole & Kevin!
