These guys went above and beyond for me and vehicle. I was T-boned in Dorchester and the other party, despite us both knowing he ran the red light, was not willing to accept responsibility so while I worked to gather the evidence I would need to compel them to pay the damages the team at BBW was working tireless to get parts from my Crosstour (which they stopped making in 2015) providing me with weekly updates on the repair progress and even forwent the storage fees so I could finish wrapping up my Insurance concerns and the cherry on top of all this excellence service was the fact that they detailed my vehicle without me even asking. MAJOR SHOUT OUTS to: Stephanie and Antonio thank you guys so much 10/10 definitely recommend.

My nephew's car got hit while parked and my sister's insurance company recommended Boston Body Works. From our initial contact to the day that we picked up the car after the work was completed, the service was outstanding! Darrell handled our claim and kept us updated about the progress of the work every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right and that we were satisfied.
