It was good my agent Jean was very knowledgeable. Very helpful. He also do follow up call check on me how I’m doing in my new car and he told me give me a personal phone number and told me to call him at any time if I have any questions and any concern that he can help me, he’d be more than happy to do so and I think that is so wonderful of him to give me his personal phone number. And also, I love working with him. He was a very good listener and it was very good interaction. I enjoyed my time at Honda.

Had a horrible first experience when purchasing my car, but decided to give them another chance & regret it. Made a 1:30pm appointment for an OIL CHANGE, it's now 3:40pm & I'm finally leaving. I'm not sure if it's poor communication between the service garage & the advisors inside or if the garage is taking on more than they can handle, but it's extremely frustrating as a customer. Everyone in the waiting room was also frustrated. I heard a lady say she was told 1.5 hours and she was there for 3. Upper management should really do better.

I always dread going to car service centers because I've always met with poor customer service, service upsell and long waits. Well, that was not what I experienced here. Even though I was a little confused at first at the line of cars by the service center, I was greeted politely by a staff member and helped by a tremendous service advisor who exceeded expectation in every way. Sean DeSilva managed my expectation superbly and professionally, and exemplified what a great customer service should be like. He answered my questions politely and patiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I can get to the service center safely. He treated other customers with the same professionalism and it is no wonder this place (and Sean) earned the stars and accolades they deserved.

Jeremy and staff were nice. BUT We agreed to a year of oil changes (with Jeremy’s boss) with the purchase and they didn’t put it in their system or give me an IOU so there’s conveniently no record. I have talked to folks about it and there’s “nothing they can do about it” so I am not going to be getting my car serviced here. I need to be able to take my car some place that won’t play games with me that I can trust.

Appointments are not respected at this location. I had a 10:15 am oil change which should run no more than 30 minutes lasted until after 1 in the afternoon. This location has overall poor customer service and unprofessional timeliness. If there was a negative star rating, this location would deserve it. Try a different Honda if you can because the one on Morrisey Blvd has given up on making quality service a part of their goal.

Robert Hall was very helpful in the service department. I needed a part ordered for my car and he was able to source it from another Honda that day and make all repairs the following day. This process could have taken a lot longer but he acted quickly to ensure I had my car asap. He also had the mechanics install an anti-theft bracket I purchased online on my radar sensor. Robert was great and I am happy with my service.

I had the misfortune to have my sunroof blown out in Prestige Car Wash. Based on my past experience with having work done at a dealership I got an estimate to have the window replaced at a local auto body shop. No glass shops wanted anything to do with it. The estimate was for 4.4 K to fix it. I had heard in the past that Herb Chambers was different. Their estimate was for 3.4 K for the same work. Well this was first. The technician and the service advisor worked hard to minimize my payment and they were able to replace the glass without having to replace the window motor or window rails. The cost came in at $1600. I was thrilled. Can't thank them enough.

Tatiana and her team were incredibly helpful and professional in ensuring my car was properly serviced. The communication was perfect and I was able to pick my car up later that same day.
