First off, scheduled the service was very quick and easy. The brakes in my car needed to be replaced and they came to me instead of having to go out which was very convenient. Along with that, their prices were lower than all other mechanics I called in the area. ATMM let me purchase the parts myself so I can get it at a low cost and they only charged for labor. Would highly recommend

I asked them to look at my daughter's car since I live out of town. Here's the email I sent to them afterwards. They never addressed the issue. Something to think about before calling this business. Hi Folks, I spoke to someone briefly last Thursday about the topic below and was told I was going to get a call back, but I never received one. You folks looked at my daughter's car - a 2021 Mazda CX-5 - on Thursday, April 25. The check engine light was on and the error code was 0126. Your mechanic Eric said that it was an issue with the coolant control valve, and that there was a Bulletin released about the problem. He said it would cost $768 for the part and $600 for five hours of labor - that it might be covered under warranty, otherwise we would have to pay it ourselves. Well...I found the Bulletin online. To my surprise, the estimate for labor referenced in the Bulletin was only 1.2 to 1.3 hours. Furthermore, when I called the Mazda dealership, I was told that it would take them between 45 and 60 minutes to replace the part and fix the issue. Now...I don't know if you were trying to take advantage of my daughter because she's a woman or were trying to take advantage of her because she's only 21 years old. But what I do know is that it was completely unethical for you to try to charge her five hours for something that the National Traffic Highway Safety Administration said should take no more than 1.3 hours and that Mazda said was an hour or less. Please send me an explanation. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to another young woman."

I was having issues with my RV generator. I called ATMM and next day Erick Espinoza came out and changed out my thermostat. He also noticed a hose that was incorrectly placed which was the source of the entire problem. He corrected the problem and I was able to hit the road and enjoy the rest of my trip. I highly recommend these guys.

I asked them to come out to fix a protective cover on the bottom of my car which they did. The problem starts when they told me I needed new breaks because mine were “down to the metal” - which surprised me since I had just taken it in for service elsewhere and that was not mentioned, and I had not been experiencing any issues. They promised they would send a report with details on what work they did and what they recommended (breaks). They never sent the report. I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and they said my breaks were completely fine and still had 6mm on them. Needing to do this obviously negated the time savings of having a mobile mechanic. As a woman it's disappointing when you have a mechanic try to up-charge you for completely unnecessary services. Lack of both integrity and follow through from this company unfortunately. Its too bad because the service was quick and convenient but trust is fundamental in this line of work.

Erick came and did a diagnostic assessment on my 1989 Coachmen Leprechaun motorhome. I wanted to know all the mechanical issues that needed repairing so it could be road ready and safe. Erick was very knowledgeable and informative. He knew exactly what he was talking about and how to fix my motorhome. Other companies/mechanics gave me a million reasons why it can’t or shouldn’t be fixed. Erick was kind enough to get my motorhome started so it could be moved to another location on my property when it had been sitting in my front yard for a couple weeks. I plan on having the repairs done by Erick and ATMM with full confidence that the job will be done right.

It was a holiday and I called every mobile repair service I could find. It seemed I was out of luck. I was 3000 miles from home, with no tools. I started walking to the store and my phone rang. Eric said he was now available and would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival they made short work of my problem. I was up and running in no time. Eric and his partner were both very personable, easy to talk to. All in all it was very affordable and a great experience. I recommend them for any auto issues you may have. They’re very knowledgeable.

They're the best! ATMM and Erick have been my go-to allies in making my skoolie dreams come true. They did a lot of work over the last 18 months at very fair prices and with a really special level of service. If you are working on a vehicle conversion or thinking about acquiring an old bus to convert, reach out to ATMM and get them to do an inspection before you buy so you can go in with eyes wide open. I wouldn't change my experience for anything, but I would have saved a lot of time and agita if I'd called ATMM the day I started the project :) They replaced a lot of the old wearables (brakes, shocks, filters, fuses) but also scrapped and treated rust on the undercarriage, and created a bypass solution for the kill-switch (if you've converted a bus, you know what I'm talking about). For an oversized vehicle like mine that was hard to get serviced at traditional garages, ATMM has been a lifesaver!

Drove up to Boston for a quick trip and had car trouble on Sunday of LABOR DAY WEEKEND. When I called, they fit me in, even though they were already busy, came to my car by the hotel and fixed everything right there. I have had the worst luck with my cars… I purchased my vehicle prior to purchasing I called ATMM To put the car on the machine to tell me exactly what needed to be done, and if the car was worth purchasing.. After I had them do all the extra work that was needed they got the job done and my car is in perfect condition thanks to them. Being a female is very easy to be taken In the mechanic world when they see us females, they see $$$$$ signs and wanting to charge us more for jobs that are not being done right…. Which leads us to have to figure it out and pay more in the long run If I could give them more than five stars, I will it’s a 10 for me. I have been dealing with them ever since that day I will not go to anybody else. Even when They are very booked and busy I do not care. 10/25 : First time in Boston for the concert, and suddenly the power steering fluid leaked out at 6pm, didn't know any shops or tow guys around. Geico road assistance only covers 15 miles, have to pay $500 back to Hartford, made me cry so bad, found these guys on google, and called for mobile inspection, they came in an hour, and ERIC inspected my car, helped a lot, promised to have my car fixed the next day as an emergency case. I slept in my car as the hotel was extremely expensive that night :( really bad day. But he came the next morning and spent 5 hours or more fixing my car on the road and also fixed other problems for me. Thanks for getting me home safely in one day.

Hands down one of the best customer services experience of my life! Eric and his team were prompt, polite, thorough and honest. I had break trouble and they repaid ed to my call within 10 min, came to my house within 24 hours and did all work on site by the end of the next day. I couldnt believe I didn’t have to deal with the dealer or go to a shop where I always feel I’m being up charged and upsold. I just worked from home and watched out the window as my car was repaired before my eyes! The prices were fair and transparent. Eric even took me for a ride around the block to make sure we understood the problem and each other before he started working. Getting my car fixed by ATMM truly was a pleasure. How often can you say that?!
